The view and location is great! The furnishings and the house - not so great. One of the sofas was broke, the kitchen is not well equipped, and the laundry is located in the primary bedroom. The floors felt uneven and the primary bedroom felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The deck chairs were bleh and the grill provided is a tiny charcoal grill. Just feels like the property could use some real, serious TLC. If you’re looking for a quick stay it’s okay. Wouldn’t recommend for more than a couple days.

Perfect getaway!

We booked this property for a few days in March because we were working nearby in South Georgia. What a treat! The owner, managing agency and staff were so nice and communicated well. The house was right on the beach and very quiet neighborhood. House was immaculately clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay so much and would rent this place again.

Retirement travels

A few steps and you are on the beach! Go to bed listening to the waves and wake up every morning to that ocean view. Lovely little home it is just a short drive to restaurants and bars. The island is incredible! My only suggestion would be to invest in better bed linens. We will definitely return to the beautiful Island Pearl.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable beach house with great views of the surf and sand! The kitchen could use a few more unbreakable kid friendly dishes but had a good supply of pots for steaming shrimp. A handrail would have been helpful for entry steps. The outside shower was great! The decor was updated and the game supply more than adequate!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach was uncrowded, a few steps from the cabin. Enjoyed it so much, have already put deposit down for next year. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Could use a grab bar in master bath, which is not easy for elderly to access.

Gorgeous View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice there are a few updates that could improve. The deck has boards that are weak, there was a spot in the kitchen ceiling that needs to be repaired, and it would be nice to have a washer and dryer. But overall the home was very cozy and a great location!
