Loved it

The property was super clean and spacious with nice finishes! Having a private beach was very convenient also. Would definitely stay again!

Great trip

This is a beautiful place to stay . Convenient to many amenities . Very nice beach setup with private beach. Roof top pool has breathtaking views . Pool light did not work after dark. Seemed like a safety hazard . This condo is right on final approach for planes landing at Destin executive . Some people may not like that as the planes look to be flying right into the condo . We loved it

ABSOLUTELY RELAXING & ACCOMMODATING

Everything was great. I would just add more trash bins for the rooms. I would tint/frost room west of kitchen. Also kitchen faucet hose sprayer does not fit. Master ceiling fan light did not work. But I give this property 💯 and will definitely re-book in the future. Thank you Malinda

On the beach! Incredible Views!

The condo was immaculate and the location was unbeatable. I would guess we were one of the first guests to stay there. When we arrived we did not have the code to get into the building and had to call. They have since updated that information. We did not have a welcome folder or any parking passes or wrist bands. We emailed 360 and they told us they would let the HOA know. We never heard back after that and did not receive anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great week

We’ve stayed on this property for the last two years. First time in this specific unit and with 360 Blue. Great location. Magnificent views and a luxury feel are paramount here. Beach attendant could be more visible and attentive (not 360). Our water heater needed to be replaced during our stay and was completed promptly. I would have liked more “beach comforts” like beach toys to be available. We bought some and left behind for the next guests. There were also very few disposables like napkins or paper plates. Cable or satellite television would have been nice, we had to sign into our streaming accounts on the smart TVs in each room.

The property was excellent. The only issue I had was the large window shade in the master did not work so I couldn’t see the beach from the master suite.The way in which you throw the trash away is very easy, yet didn’t understand you threw the trash in the trash bin in the wash room, then people actually come and pick up the trash through the laundry room every other day. Never saw them, but they came in and out the washing room. Very very very nice. No beach towels provided so had to take the bathroom towels to the beach and wash towels everyday. NBD. It was fine. The contract and the rules on the elevator state the private beach area with our tents and chairs closed at 6. The beach company that provides the tents and chairs closed down our private beach at 4-430. Therefore, the public beach people take over the beach that is supposed to be private for our condo. The pool on top became my go to. You can see the beach perfectly without all the rif raf. Still NBD.Would stay again.
