Lake Allatoona Vacation Home, Best Views, et directement sur l'eau.

Cette maison a de loin l'une des meilleures vues du lac Allatoona en Géorgie du Nord. Il se trouve près de l'eau avec 200 '+ de façade sur l'eau. Un grand quai de 700 pieds carrés avec des lumières et une échelle de natation vous attend. Nous sommes à seulement 11 km. de LakePoint Sports et à 35 miles du centre-ville d'Atlanta!

La maison a fait l'objet de 2 rénovations depuis son achat en 2008. Les familles apprécieront l'ambiance de la cabine à l'étage et les enfants adoreront l'immense sous-sol rénové avec beaucoup d'espace pour les occuper lorsqu'ils ne sont pas à l'extérieur. La cuisine a de nouveaux comptoirs en granit partout et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Notre remodelage le plus récent a prolongé la maison vers le lac et dispose d'un très grand espace pour se détendre avec un livre ou se divertir en famille. La maison fait face à l'eau à travers une double vitre d'un bout à l'autre de la maison. Deux ensembles de portes-fenêtres doubles traversent le pont.

Il y a trois ponts tous ensemble. Le pont principal s'étend sur toute la longueur de la maison et dispose d'un SunSetter de 25 pieds télécommandé lorsque l'ombre est préférée. Il y a un patio en béton à quelques pas de l'eau et une troisième terrasse donnant sur la cour latérale où la zone herbeuse plate devient un endroit idéal pour jouer à des jeux ou bronzer. L'acre de propriété est clôturé et est tamponné par des acres de terrain de chaque côté assurant l'intimité.

Pratique pour la I-75, la maison offre un accès facile aux attractions locales (Braves, Lake Point Sporting Complex (voir les liens pour plus d'informations), Golf et Shopping). Le centre-ville d'Acworth est à seulement quelques kilomètres et propose une merveilleuse sélection de restaurants et de vie nocturne.

La maison a trois chambres (Queens) au niveau principal et au niveau inférieur est une quatrième chambre (Queen) et une chambre bonus avec un lit Queen et un lit superposé (twin en haut / double en bas). Les couchettes sont surtout idéales pour les enfants.

Vous pouvez profiter de la vue sur le lac depuis un certain nombre de zones de repos et de bronzage autour de l'extérieur de la maison, y compris plusieurs terrasses / patios.

Le lac Allatoona est un lac contrôlé par le Corps of Engineers. Contrairement à de nombreuses propriétés sur le lac, nous profitons de l'eau toute l'année sous notre quai.

Property is cute, clean, and super convenient as being in such a central location on Marathon that we could go anywhere in 5-15 minutes. Same with water, quick access to either pass or under 7 mile. Boat launch a couple blocks away. Owner was quick to reply and helpful. Pet friendly and very nice path to walk dog.

The best VRBO on the Lake!

We have stayed for multiple years now when we come down for baseball. Absolute no brainer - esp if you have a boat with you. The house has everything that you need! Great proximity to the fields. The owners are amazing and accommodating. Well worth the $!

Family Adventure

We were in this area for our grandsons baseball games. This house on the lake was our saving grace! Other families were in hotels for 8 days and wished they had rented a house. We fished, swam in cleanest lake, cooked, grilled, had a Ping ball tournament, played cards, and went to baseball games. Perfect trip, thanks to owner and VRBO.

Perfect stay

House and amenities are as listed. The lake view and access is amazing. Our teen boys took over the basement with its separate outdoor space, TV, bathroom and ping pong table for the ideal separation from adults. Host was super responsive. We rented a pontoon boat with tube and the lake was expansive and not crowded even near the holiday. We will definitely rent again if we come back to LakePoint for baseball events.

Great Time Had By All.

This was perfect for our family and out of town guests to enjoy our lake. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The living, dining, kitchen area was very roomy and comfy. Great downstairs area for the kids to have their own space. The view of the lake from the house and decks is wonderful too. We were slightly concerned about only 2 bathrooms for so many people, but it was never a problem at all. Both bathrooms are roomy, no tub though, so if you have a little one who takes baths only this could be a concern. We had 2 babies in our party but they just showered with mom or dad. Overall, great experience. Thank you, Ryan, for sharing your home.

Great Location

The house has everything you need. We love to cook. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating indoors & outdoors to have meals together. The view at sunset from the deck is beautiful and with all the huge windows you never miss it. We did bring our boat, and the owner was correct in traffic and tying it up with plenty of bumpers. We boat on the Ohio River, so we had no concerns. Tanyard Boat Ramp is right around the corner and easy to use. The owner does have specific requests, but we agreed with all, so no issue there either. The house has been expanded & updated, but they have managed to keep the lake charm. A huge plus, was the convenience of an Ingles grocery and Race Trac (esp. for ice cream) one mile and a Walmart 4 miles. We like to walk, so nice area to the left of driveway to take a short walk after dinner.

Beautiful View!

Had a 'cousins' get together with eight adults. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to leave the boat and wave runners at the dock so we could jump on whenever we wanted to! Even though it rained one day, we truly appreciated and enjoyed the electric awning so that we could still sit outside and enjoy the day. Second refrigerator in basement was also a big help since we were enjoying all meals at home and needed the extra room. I would say to check with Ryan (owner) if you plan on cooking there to confirm all pots, pans, etc... are available as they were a little lacking. In addition, we needed the 'kids' room (bunk bed room) for adults but those beds were not very conducive for 'adult comfort'. All others seemed to be very comfortable and were enjoyed! Ryan was a fantastic host and was there to help and / or answer any questions we had along the way.

Dang, my first <5 star rating over some pots and pans. I will check the kitchen inventory upon my next visit. We've had families cook Thanksgiving Dinners so not sure if some items have walked off or not. As for the buks, yes bunk beds are typically meant for kids. I have changed the wording in the property description for those that may need clarification.

FABULOUS

What a perfect getaway and the owners couldn’t have been nicer! We spent Christmas at this sweet lake house and the owners asked us prior to our arrival if we wanted a Christmas tree. When we arrived, It was decorated beautifully in front of the stunning windows that over looked the lake. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets with amazing views. What a peaceful place to stay with multiple bedrooms, fully equipped with all the necessities. Great location near restaurants, easy access to everything that the owner provided prior to our arrival. The owner Ryan made our week even more special!

Cozy Cabin on Lake Allatoona

This is the second time we have rented this cozy cabin! We all had a wonderful time enjoying the lake and the amazing views. The owners thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay! Can’t wait to return!!

Amazing Place and Fun for Everyone!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house on the lake. We were there for my son’s baseball tournament at LakePoint and really enjoyed our time when not playing baseball on the lake skiing and fishing. Property has everything you need and views are breathtaking overlooking the lake. We really enjoyed our time there - we will be back next year! Thank you all for the great property and hospitality. Relaxing Getaway

The cabin is very comfortable and roomy, which we needed since our family and significant others joined us. The view is amazing! There are so many places to take in the view, including from most of the cabin, a huge deck that has comfortable seating, a lower patio with a swing, a patio half-way to the dock, and of course the dock. Make sure to bring beach/lawn chairs for the dock. Casey's Cabin also has a sunset view!

My family and I live in Marietta, GA and this is our weekend/vacation home. It has been a blessing to our family & friends over the years and hope our guests can make as many wonderful memories as we have.

We bought this property as a fixer-upper in 2008. We have remodeled it three times (2008, 2015, 2021) including an expansion off the back of the house, finished the basement, new decks, new dock, new appliances, granite countertops, roof, driveway, and much much more!... We opened up the yard to create an amazing view and also redid the entire property putting in zoysia sod. If you are not relaxing, you and your family will have plenty of space and activities with which to play on.

We are steps away from the dock and lake. Dock features the ability to tie up to the side if you have a boat or rent one at a nearby marina. We are 2 miles off the interstate and 3 miles from the wonderful small town of Acworth.
