Pajaro Dunes Resort - Relaxing 3 Bedroom Family Condo on the Beach

This amazing 3 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor with high ceilings and partial ocean views is perfect getaway for a family vacation! Our condo faces Santa Cruz perfect for breathtaking sunsets. Open spaced living room with a wood burning fireplace (duraflame logs not provided) & elegant dining area and a propane BBQ grill for some outdoor grilling (Propane is not provided but 1lb canisters are available in lobby store for purchase) and a great semi circle couch perfect to have a family movie night or game night. Recessed lighting, and expansive, well equipped kitchen. The bedding in this home includes a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the 2nd bedroom, and two Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Sleeps 6.

Enjoy the ocean view from the master bedroom window and your own private entrance to the deck. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom with a beautifully designed walk in shower. The second bathroom has the same design, but offers a bathtub. The 2nd bedroom with the queen bed also has a private entrance to the back deck. The 3rd bedroom is ideal for children with the playful coastal decor and beach toys provided!

The kitchen has a gorgeous marble countertop, with a washer & dryer in the pantry.
Fully equipped with pots, pans, drip coffee maker, toaster, and utensils. We provide the basic supplies you may need during your vacation - paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper, and Kleenex!

Forgot anything? Stop by our lobby and browse gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts and great kites to fly on those breezy days!

Nearby amenities include Pickle Ball, basketball, and tennis courts which are available for use along with sports equipment you can rent out for free at our lobby. We also offer a DVD video library and boogie boards to borrow.

Excellent stay in Pajaro Dunes

Absolutely beautiful property! Very clean, amazing sunset views, all around great getaway for a few days. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Clean and comfortable

Great place for my sisters and I to celebrate a 60th birthday. The place was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. I would definitely return again!

Mom and daughter getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home and look forward to returning! We loved that the beach is steps away and that the ocean and sunset views from the balcony were stunning. We had fun watching movies in the evening and had a great day trip to Martinelli's along with a gorgeous drive up highway 1. Very rejuvinating!

The Condo was very comfortable, clean and accommodating. The master bed & pillows were so comfortable. The one problem was difficult opening & closing the patio sliders. We enjoyed fresh air and hearing the ocean waves so we would open the patio doors. The decor was wonderful. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Great Beach Get-A-Way!

This property delivered as advertised. Quiet, clean and well stocked with everything needed to make it home away from home. Modern and contemporary touches definitely impressed, and grounds were well maintained. Office staff were very friendly and courteous. This one's a keeper for next visit!

Compared to all other Vrbo's we've stayed at, this was by far the worst value. Bedrooms and kitchen were in good shape, but the deck and resort overall are run down. The grill did not work

We would have been happy to assist with the BBQ as we didn't know there were any issues, we’re on-site to help with anything that comes up. While our wood shinglings naturally show weathering in our coastal location, we’re currently reviewing potential upgrades with the owners and will take your comments into consideration.
