Blacks Beach Retreat, Wi-Fi, prĂšs du port et Ă  quelques pas de Twin Lakes Beach!

Maison contemporaine à quelques pas de la plage privée Twin Lakes Beach. Blacks Beach est idéal pour la natation, le surf et le skim. Marchez jusqu'au port, Crow's Nest, Como di Lago, le café-restaurant aimable Grind et autres superbes endroits. Location de vélo disponible. Notre maison est entiÚrement équipée pour votre plaisir. serviettes de luxe, draps et couettes. Il y a deux chambres principales (California King et deux lits jumeaux extra longs) avec des salles de bain complÚtes à l'étage et des balcons avec vue sur l'océan. Il y a un canapé-lit queen en bas avec une demi-baignoire. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et la salle à manger intérieure peut accueillir quatre personnes.

Une douche extĂ©rieure chaude est situĂ©e dans la cour latĂ©rale et il y a un patio tropical isolĂ© dans la cour arriĂšre avec barbecue Ă  gaz, table Ă  manger et chaises. Des skim boards, des boogie boards et des jouets de plage sont fournis. Cette maison est parfaite pour deux couples ou une famille. (2-6 occupation). Nous accepterons les animaux de compagnie aprĂšs approbation, mais il y a des frais supplĂ©mentaires. Les fĂȘtes et les mariages ne sont pas autorisĂ©s.

Pet friendly property in an excellent location. Very easy access to dog friendly beach just a short walk down the street. Easy drive to the boardwalk, shopping, dining or nearby Capitola. Sofa bed and king bed mattress could stand for an update. Adequate for a few days. Excellent communication with owner/property manager. Beautiful sunsets right from the beach down the street.

Nice house but had a disturbing event. When we first got there, my 4-year old granddaughter turned on the tv and it immediately showed porn. And I got lots of questions! Very disturbing!

Amazing! Clean, colorful, with thoughtfully designed spaces that accommodate a variety of preferences and needs. Absolutely beautiful art in every room. My favorite thing was the tiles in the "Lifeguard" bath upstairs. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and the beach (my favorite in Santa Cruz) is literally six houses away! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after our multiple trips for sandy feet (human and canine). My only regret is not spending more time lounging in the beatiful backyard. 100% recommend for all ages who don't mind stairs.

One of our absolute favorite vacation rentals of all time! The home is thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything you will need, including a fully outfitted kitchen, beach towels and wet suits. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The Eastern King in the back bedroom is great. We didn't try the twin beds. The neighborhood is very quiet. There's a great beach at the end of the block, about a minute's walk from the front door. At the other end of the block is a great "bodega" where you can pick up basic food items, and some made-to-order meals. Do not miss their delicious and huge breakfast burritos! One is more than enough for two people. It was a great to start the day, feasting at the outdoor dining table, with burritios and fresh fruit and coffee made at home. We love coming to Santa Cruz and were so lucky this home was available during our dates. We met Laurie on check-out as she came to help set up for the next guests. She's lovely! We thank her and will definitely be back!

We had a relaxing, peaceful stay at this quiet beautifully decorated home a few feet from the beach. Most of what we needed was in walking distance. Communication on the property was excellent throughout but there was nothing we had any issues with. Keep a look out for a small toad who hangs out on the back patio, he likes to come out in the evening. Catch a sunset, catch a sunrise and remember you can walk to and from the Crows Nest via Twin Lakes beach during low tide.

Favorite vacation house

We have stayed at Laurie’s beach house 3 times. We love it. From the comfy and cozy house to the location—it’s all perfect. Never have any problems, and Laurie is a great hostess. We look forward to our beach week every year. Have recommended to friends as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Laurie's place. Less than a block from Blacks Beach--our favorite in Santa Cruz--our family felt right at home. Plenty of space for us (there were 6 of us for a couple of the days, plus a one-year-old), as well as a backyard. The beds were comfortable, and Laurie provided plenty of beach chairs and towels, as well as a beach wagon. Having the bbq was a plus, and we found everything we needed when we cooked. I highly recommend Blacks Beach Retreat!

The house is in a great location & has comfy beds. Loved having all the beach supplies to use. We were happy to bring umbrellas & chairs down to the beach with us. The decor is a bit dated but that doesn’t take away from the functionality of the home. Overall we would certainly recommend this house to others looking to stay in Santa Cruz.

Perfect beach retreat!

This house is absolutely perfect. Exactly as pictured/described. Great space and amenities. 1/4 block from a lovely little beach. Some restaurants/market/liquor store/coffee within immediate walking distance, and perfectly situated between downtown Santa Cruz and Capitola. Absolutely loved this place and was very sad to leave. Hope to be back soon.

This cottage is delightful ! Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home, loved the flowers and succulents on the property. We booked the cottage to elope to the Redwoods! This cottage is perfectly located, within a short distance, to so much activity and beauty! Thank you for being a part of our “happily ever after”.

Fantastic house and location

Such a beautiful home and so comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The back yard was really pleasant and we ate dinner there each night. It was also perfect for the dog. We loved the close proximity to the beach, where we spent many fun moments. We went to the boardwalk which was an easy drive. Also visited Henry Cowell state park, about 25 minutes away, totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We bought this property so our sons could participate in the Junior Lifeguard Program which is run on Twin Lakes Beach and for a family get away. We have spent many Summers and vacations here and really enjoy the location.

Live like a local on this quiet residential street that is steps to the beach, local farmers market and many unique restaurants. Relax in our private backyard patio while listening to the waves and sea life.
