The kitchen is fully stocked with snacks, smores, and drinks. The master bedroom features a king bed, 65-inch TV, and a farmhouse-style ensuite tub bathroom. The second bedroom has two farmhouse-style beds and a second bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Step out to the deck for outdoor seating for 4 and a 5-burner gas grill. Walk down the steps to a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs in a beautifully wooded backyard.

This cottage was perfect for our short vacation. There were plenty of lake and yard toys to keep us entertained and Gaby was very helpful and responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely do this trip again!

Great property! Very clean! Very accommodating as far as supplies needed for stay. We stayed because my son played travel baseball in the area and we were 33 minutes from LakePoint Sports and 50 minutes from East Cobb Baseball. It is a very safe place to stay. Beautiful scenery!

This place is exceptionally clean with an abundance of amenities and games. Completely stocked for your enjoyment. Arrowhead Lake is a beautiful resort. We escaped the heat and used the swimming pools. They were large and clean with courteous staff. Check-in and out was easy with great communication. Slight Negative, Wifi could be better.

We travel and stay in a lot of rentals for baseball and Lake Casita was one of the best! Lake Casita is a beautifully appointed, comfortable home to spend a relaxing lake vacation. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. The community amenities are great! Would definitely recommend!

This was a PERFECT place for us to come back to each night after being at LakePoint for baseball for 5 days! It is about a 40 min drive each way-but it's an easy drive. Loved all the decor and the beds are amazing! Gaby is amazing and communicates very well!

So cute and everything we needed to feel right at home

Beautiful neighborhood full of deer. House was perfect for 4 of us for the week. Everything we needed to cook, etc. Marina was low key and nice to fish, swim and spend the day. We would definitely rent a boat if we came again and enjoy some tubing and fishing out in the lake.

We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties over the years and can honestly say that this property was the cleanest and best appointed! Every detail from the kitchen to front porch was so well done that whatever you can think you needed was there. Unfortunately, we were there for a short visit with family in the area and could not take advantage of all that the property had to offer.

We absolutely loved staying here! My husband was coaching at Lakepoint and it was only about a 30-35 min drive due to traffic. My son loved seeing all of the deer. The house comes with so many of the necessities which made our stay so much easier. Beds are SO comfortable. Our host also was quick to respond about any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Lake Arrowhead stay

We stayed at this adorable little cottage in lake arrowhead for a week while visiting family. Everything was just as listed with thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket and water and coffee already at property. Our pet had a cute little bed already set up for them as well. Communication was easy and repose was prompt and efficient. We will stay again.

we stayed here for the future games in lake point. definitely better than any hotel. super comfortable beds !!! amenities were good. internet connection was very sketchy. I had to go to the clubhouse to work because the Internet was in and out at the house. but again better than a hotel as far as laundry and having more than one bathroom for a family of four. love the deer and the pool was super warm. thermostat was definitely not in my control. It was remotely locked down kind of strange especially for hot Atlanta when you’re hitting high 90s almost 100 in temps. my son loved the golf course. very challenging.

Wonderful vacation and great size for the 3 of us!

Exceptional experience! The hosts have thought of everything and truly go well beyond other properties we’ve experienced with their generous, thoughtful touches. We loved the time we spent in the cottage as well as when we came back from adventures. We didn’t get the opportunity to access the lake, but the pool was so relaxing. Everyone continued to think of this great cottage as we enjoyed the welcome gift back at home that the hosts left for us upon check in. You will not find a better stocked home!!

Everything was very nice, clean, and beautifully appointed. The only issue we had was bedroom 2 did not have a door. It compromised my daughter’s privacy and the light from the living room made it difficult for her to sleep when others were up watching TV. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Beautiful Lakehouse with Stocked Pantry

Beautiful lakehouse. Ample parking and stocked pantry with lots of kitchen utensils and spices. Just bring your own butter/oil for cooking. Full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent as well. There's a deckbox with a bunch of water toys, tennis rackets and other toys. We were missing tennis rackets, balls, and pickle ball rackets so the host purchased tennis rackets and balls. Fun! Love that they have fishing poles too. Just buy your own bait.

Our overall impression is that La Casita is a lovely home. It’s charming and thoughtful and we felt that the hosts have taken great care in providing an excellent experience.What Went WellThe pantry exceeded our expectations. It was so well stock and thoughtfully done.The beds were comfortable and were made up nicely with good quality sheets.We didn't make a fire but if we had we would have had everything we needed from wood to the makings for s’moresThe backyard was well lit and set up nicely for a fire if it had been warm enough.The sofa and chairs were cozyTake A Look At:The Twin Bedroom does not have a door. A simple curtain rod hung above the door, inside the room would provide the privacy the twin occupant(s) would like to have when dressing or sleeping.The bathrooms do not have non-slip mats. The rugs are perfect for the decor but not practical or safe (in our opinion) for wet feet. Both bedrooms, both bathrooms and the living roomhave plug in air fresheners. It was overkill (for us) in a small space. Providing a desk chair instead of the two cute stools for the desk. For people working remotely (we know we should have been on vacation but when duty calls…), a chair is needed.
