Minutes from downtown Woodstock, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has been totally updated so everything is brand new. Our open floor plan has a full kitchen, hi speed internet, Alexa echo, convenient keyless entry, smart thermostat, laundry room and charming private patio area which makes for the perfect getaway.
We also have a family game room with a foosball table, electronic soft tip dart board and its own 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV with 100+ channels. There is also a desk and office chair

Each bedroom has a 55” Ultra Hi Definition TV (100+ channels). The cozy main living area has comfortable couches and a 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV. Kitchen is complete with silverware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, beer and wine glasses, Keurig coffee maker (coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners included), blender and toaster oven.

PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. It's great for family and friends as well as business groups. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors. So, respectfully, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

We also limit the cars to three cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
Fully fenced backyard.

Do you have a dog to bring? (Cats are not allowed) We have a large fenced back yard. Please inform us before arrival. A $99 pet fee, paid before arrival.

An amazing house in a great location near facilities. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the dart board and football table. Very clean with comfy beds and great sized tv’s. Hosts were brilliant with communication and very proactive. Enclosed rear garden which was handy for the dog. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house is charming, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with easy access to downtown Woodstock and highways. Great backyard, plenty of privacy. Communication with the host was excellent. They made everything so easy! We were especially impressed by all of the little extras. Toilet paper, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a welcome basket of snacks! It was very helpful and something I wish all VRBO owners would do. (Not necessarily the snacks. That is above and beyond!) We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The place had everything we needed and then some, along with it being very neat and clean. We really enjoyed the game room, and location was perfect. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again next time we’re in the area.

This home was perfect for my sister and I and our dogs! we had to come up from Florida for a medical appointment and this home could not have been any better. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. The amenities were terrific.The hosts were wonderful. The yard was perfect for our dogs to run around and play. They had a blast! We are looking forward to coming back in the future knowing we have such a wonderful place to stay thank you so much

The Woodstock Cottage is a wonderful home away from home. My family enjoyed our stay at this well appointed property. The decor was pleasing and calming. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to prepare meals. It was nice to have laundry facilities too. The location is very convenient to downtown Woodstock as well as other locations in and around Woodstock. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

We needed a location for a quick family gathering and we found the perfect spot.The hosts were great with their communication and the house was adorable. Truly our favorite stay

Had an amazing stay! The hosts were extremely accommodating with an early check in from our drive from Texas, the house was in amazing condition in cleanliness, the location to downtown Woodstock couldn’t be beat, and the yard was massive for our fur babies to join. We cannot wait to come back!
