This cosy home is close to everything - Down town Oneonta and its boutiques and restaurants boasting local fare are a short walk away!

The location of this lovely home cannot be better with the All Star Village being less than 5 minutes away and the Cooperstown Dreams Park is about 15 miles away!

With everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay!

Clean and Well Suited for our stay

The house was in very close proximity to Cooperstown All Star Village, that is about 10 minutes…. Which was fantastic for ease of travel because of the fact that the games are usually spread out a bit. Also, great food was nearby as well. Overall it was a great stay!!

Cooperstown All Star Park House

We had a great week staying in this house. It was so close to the park. A 5 min drive. Alyss was a great host. She was very accommodating and was able to recommend a few local restaurants. Favorite recommendation was a bakery nearby. Thank you so much. We will surely recommend this place to our friends who plan to come to All star park.

Cooperstown week

The stay here was perfect! My son was 5 minutes down the road playing/staying at the Allstar fields. It made it easy to get there for him. The house was close to other fun things to see and do as well. If I had any questions or issues Alyss was very fast in responding and helping with whatever was needed. I would highly recommend this house to rent. Thank you Alyss!

Great stay for baseball tournament

Although I found out that I was 30 minutes away from the baseball park where my son played, I was glad to have a clean house to stay in. Other baseball parents gave long lists of problems that other rental houses had including mold, stinky water and limited supplies. It made us feel good to come home to our place and enjoy our time there.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay at our cottage! While we are only five minutes away from Cooperstown All Star Village - we are about 25 mins from Cooperstown dreams park. Most of our guests are going to one or the other of these two parks and find us a great option for closeness to local attractions and convenience to the baseball parks. It means a lot to us you were happy with our cottage and we welcome you back anytime! 💕

Decent house just a lot of spiders/ webs. Left my TV behind and never heard back from the owners in regards to my message when asked about our stay.

In our efforts to always make our guests welcome We provided an extra TV for the guest at her request. We do our best to return lost items but were not made aware of anything left behind in this case Spiders haven’t been an issue in the past but we’ll certainly double check everything continues to meet our high standards! Great location for Cooperstown All Star Village

Village is about 5 - 10 minutes. Restaurants are close by. Alyss was quick to respond for anything we needed. Well supplied for the time we were there. There is a Keurig w supplies but we like regular coffee and figured on bringing a coffee maker. Worked out well! Very quiet neighborhood. Each room has its own air conditioning. Loved the whole 6 days we were there. Busy days but glad we didn’t have to drive far when tired after being at ballpark all day! Other people we talked to had 30 or better to drive back to their hotel/home. Book early because this area fills out fast.

Cooperstown

The house was exactly as described and the distance from the park was exactly as described. We could easily leave the park and get back to pick up anything left behind or just to rest. The house was immaculate and has a nice enclosed porch to sit and read or have a cup of coffee. The rooms were spacious and the living room was very comfortable. The listing agent was always available. One night I emailed at 1 am and she responded in 5 minutes. We would definitely stay there again if we did cooperstown.

Great place to stay!!

Our baseball was invited to play at Cooperstown All Star village on a short notice and a few of us parents decided we wanted to stay in a house rather than a hotel room. Alyss was great to work work and communicated often before check in as well as checked up on us to make sure everything was good while we were there. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to sit outside and relax in the evenings. Overall a great experience, i would recommend staying here!!
