This is an ideal space for large families, 4 couples or anyone who is looking for a place to get away and enjoy the ocean beach, fishing, clamming, surfing, hiking. The central location makes a perfect destination for getting to the beaches and downtown for fishing charters. Just 1 mile drive. It is close to everything and in a safe area. Also, it is located in between the two most popular beaches, Westport Light State Park and Westhaven State Park where the surfers go.

WELCOME to OUR place:
Lovely modern unit in a quiet 4plex, it has 4 BR and 2 bath. Large open concept living area with TV Netflix and electrical fireplace. There is a big fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and extra bar sitting. In addition, it stocked with cleaning and washing supplies, extra beddings, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc.

PET RULES: Maximum 2 dogs middle size and non-aggressive breed. Dogs should be claimed during the booking and paid $30 pet fee. (it includes 2 up to dogs) . Please, don't leave pets alone in the unit. Pets are NOT PERMITTED to sit or lay on any FURNITURE like couches, chairs, or beds. Thank you!

The house was much larger than we anticipated and was great for 3 nights hosting two kids, parents and grandparents for a quick trip to Westport. All the rooms were comfortable. One of the most well stocked rentals I have ever encountered...everything was thought of: extra towels, laundry, fans and extra blankets in each rooms, all spices, full dishes and cookware, games. Even blackout shades in 3/4 of the bedrooms.The unit was a little loud through the walls with neighbors and you could tell from the smell that it does accommodate dogs. Not egregious but we are not dog people so we noticed.

Family Beach Trip

This was a perfect property for our family beach get away. The house was so well stocked with towels, kitchen extras, bedding etc, even for our large group! Perfect location for access to the beach and shops!

This place is awesome!!!! Very clean, and plenty of room. Everyone loved having their own bedrooms but it was fun we could meet and be together in the family room. Kitchen is spacious and well stocked with all cooking supplies you would ever need. Laundry room, 2 bathrooms. The type of place you can stay for a week or more if you wanted! We all loved it and out of the 4 places we have stayed in Westport this is BY FAR our favorite!!

Razor clams

Memory foam mattresses, comforters and pillows were very comfortable and any experienced traveler will attest to the importance of a good nights sleep. Everything you need in the kitchen including spices. Highly recommend this venue.

It doesn't really have curb appeal... It was awesome! Everyone was blown away once we got inside. Usually, things look bigger in the pictures, but this really is spacious. We forget a few things, like a charging cord and sandwich bags... guess what, a bin of charging cords was in the living room and sandwich bags were in the kitchen. The ice bucket was full too. Would stay again!

Perfect family or group getaway

The duplex was clean, very nicely stocked, spacious and very comfortable. Pleased with everything and would stay again. We didn't have children with us but lots of games and toys for little ones. Close to the marina and beach area, very short drive. Pretty much everything you need in a rental house for a nice getaway is provided.

Great place for a family!

We spend a few days of spring break in Westport. This place was perfect! Super clean, and fit all 8 of us with no problem. The beach themed decor is so cute and it has lots of extra supplies in kitchen and bathrooms to use. Thank you!

Perfect for large groups!

We had a family of 18 and rented both units. It was wonderful! The Pacman arcade game was a hit right when we walked in the door. This unit is deceivingly big and roomy. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider this place again!

Great stay

The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. The parking was great and spacious, the space was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do a weekend getaway at ocean shores. You can tell that it used to be a business plaza renovated into apartments which we thought was cool! We had a ton of privacy and couldn’t tell there were neighbors.

We always had a dream to have our own home near the ocean. When we found this place we immediately decided to turn it into a living place. It has great advantages of the perfect central location close to everything. It was a store and it sat empty for many years.  We rebuilt everything ourselves and gave a new life to this building. Now we are happy to share this affordable place  with everyone who is looking for a relaxing, unique and unforgettable ocean getaway.
