-Located in the heart of Westport on Ocean Avenue, just minutes to the Marina
-Kid-friendly (pack n play, bunk beds, high chair, toys)
-Dogs are welcome
-Upgraded backyard with private hot tub and wood-burning fire pit
-Coffee, pizza, beer and the grocery store all within 3-5 minute walk
-One block from the library (great for kids on a rainy day)
-.9 miles to Lighthouse State Park and beach access!

Update 6/1/24. The grass lot immediately East of the property is no longer grass. It is a gravel lot not and sometimes cars from the tavern park there, but have not caused any issues!
Top amenities: Gas BBQ, high speed internet, covered front porch, griddle, waffle maker, crock pot, blender, coffee and tea bar, fire pit, games cards and poker chips, books & toys for kids, mini bunk beds, Hatch Rest, boot/glove dryer, oil and spices

Bedroom #1 (Master): King Nectar bed w/ en suite bathroom. Electric fireplace
Bedroom #2: King Nectar bed
Bedroom #3: Queen Nectar bed, bunk beds (twin size)
Bedroom #4 (Den): Pullout couch (full size). This room is attached to the Master but has a door between the 2 rooms as well as it’s own door for entry from the hallway.
*All rooms have lamps with built in USB A+C ports and one additional AC port. No more climbing around on the floor looking for outlets!

The property was wonderful! From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience! For being in the middle of town, it sure felt private! The little fenced backyard was like a little oasis! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

The house was perfect for our group of 9. We brought my 2 young granddaughters and they had fun playing with all the toys that were available. The dining table was large enough for all of us to gather for meals. The location is perfect because its only a few minutes from everything. Anytime I reached put to Marisa she responded very quickly and was kind enough to let us check in early.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. There was a couple of restaurants within walking distance which were convenient. We came to Westport for a chartered fishing guide and the house was a short drive to the dock. Would stay here again in the future.

Our family had a great time at this home! It had everything we needed and more, with lots of space and accommodations to make you feel right at home. The garage was a huge plus! The host was extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

The host was very responsive; while there were some kitchen items that we considered lacking, she was quick to provide them.My companions gave it thumbs-up, mentioned plenty of seating space in the living room, copious bathroom counter space, and the host's quick responsiveness. It's on the end of Ocean Avenue furthest from the ocean (and the view from my bedroom was of the parking lot of the tavern at the corner), but being a block away from the only full-fledged grocery store in the area was a convenience that we ended up taking advantage of more than once. "Furthest" is a relative term; drive just a couple of minutes and you're at the ocean, or a few minutes in a different direction and you're at the marina.

This property is exactly as advertised and the owners are communicative and accommodating with the little things thought of (highchair, kids silverware, shampoo, etc.) Could not be happier with our choice for our annual trip to Westport.

Great location, really nice patio and hot tub, our bed was very comfortable but could use an upgrade on pillows. The layout is spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Separate dining area with nice large table for families. Towels provided for hot tub, small fish cleaning station in garage, etc. not cd little front porch. There is a pub/restaurant right next door which proved to be convenient for us. We weren’t there on a weekend so don’t know if pub noise might be an issue on weekends, but no problem for us. The pull out bed is small, more kid size and could use an upgrade for that but was just fine for an 8 year old. Overall, we weren’t very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again. Pet friendly, no xtra cleaning fee I note fee is an added and appreciated bonus. Highly recommend this place. Communication with host was great!!

Perfect family weekend getaway

This home had everything you needed and the hosts were very responsive! Close to the beach and shops! We enjoyed our weekend there very much. It seemed like the hosts really thought through on how to make guests feel welcomed.

Great spot near everything you'd need

Location was great. Definitely liked the layout of the house. Separate room with toys for infant was especially nice for us. Bedrooms were roomy, kitchen was well equipped, and the large dinner table was perfect for our family of 6 (plus 1). We will most definitely be looking for availability on our future family visits to Grayland / Westport.

It had everything we needed and then some! Well stocked closets and bedrooms for families of all age ranges. Solid kitchen as well. Even a dedicated play room! We would stay here again, easily.

Home away from home

Close to the beach, go karts & docks for fishing and crabbing. Near the best pizza in town (Black Beards) & store within walking distance. Room for all our family.

Great location! Plenty of seating to choose from in the living room. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Appreciated having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the bathrooms.
