The Yellow Submarine is a brightly decorated flat with a retro flare. Check out the turntable and vinyl for your old fashioned enjoyment. Private patio with outdoor seating. Can sleep up to 6 guests. Pets okay with additional pet cleaning fee. ($65/per.) PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day ) will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival.
Please note: Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. You will not regret taking some time to relax and unwind here ...and you can walk to everything cool and inspiring in the city. Enjoy your two Free parking spaces. The space The apt has a bedroom with comfy queen sized bed and an additional space in the next room with a double futon /couch . There is also an additional double bed in living area blocked off by screen. And there is a large baby blue leather couch in the living room which could also be comfortable to sleep on if needed.

Very clean and comfortable. Really cool furniture pieces. Nice kitchen, dining room, living room. Will stay here again when in the area.

. Never once have I ever had such a disappointing stay and experience with the owner and cohost. I’m not one to leave reviews unless it’s 5 star. I understand how important ratings are as I also own short term rentals. On the day of check-in , I got a message from the cohost that there was a plumbing emergency and that we needed to be relocated. She described it as an upgrade. Being familiar with the area… It was absolutely not an upgrade to the unit she wanted to move us into. I made it very clear that we were traveling with a three month old daughter and that we could not enter into a situation where there was a plumbing issue. An hour later, she got back to me and assured me that the issue had been taken care of and that we were all set.Within one hour of checking in, I messaged the host because the entire apartment smelled like a sewer. It smelled bad enough that I even went and checked out the other unit at a different building across town. That unit was louder and noisier, and I knew this ahead of time, but the smell was so bad. I thought maybe we could deal with it. Again, traveling with a three month old. . On the second night, after showering, the entire apartment smelled like mold and mildew. Finally, it started to make sense why there were industrial dehumidifiers strategically placed around the apartment. we’ve left and asked for a refund for the remaining seven nights that we no longer planned to stay at the unit.. the host and owner stopped responding.

Sadly on the day of arrival the Landlord let me know that there was a leak from the furnace or hot water overflow in the utility room off of this apt. Licensed plumber came to check out and fix. I let guest know and offered upgrade to another property if the issue couldn't be resolved quickly. I received word from landlord that issue was taken care of and all was fine for guests. I reached back to Chris and let him know he said ok. Chris arrived fairly late and yet still asked me to come and show him the other apt which I did - then messaged me that they were fine where they were and that they would stay there. Next day -- Cris said that the place smelled bad and said heat wasn't working. The landlord who lives on site went down and checked thermostats and heat and all was working fine. It appeared that Chris had turned up heat and then taken a pic immediately to make it look like it wasn't working. There was no smell in the apt. I let him know that heat was working 100% and no one reported a smell and offered him $200 for any inconvenience he may have experienced-- he never responded and just did a full stay "chargeback" on his credit card and never even cancelled the reservation. Bad communication and sadly not honest.
