The modern, clean decor of the condo includes a full kitchen & high-speed internet throughout for easy remote work, plus a large terrace with sunset views to help you unwind each evening. Escape to the gorgeous amenities: dry sauna, two heated pools, fully equipped gym, lounge, business center, and jacuzzi just 3 floors down. Or take a break and take in the views of the bay from the rooftop with a dip in our plunge pool.
The Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center and Frost Science Museum are just one stop away on the free Metromover. Take a 5 min car ride to the buzzing Wynwood area for some of the best nightlife and restaurants. In just 10 minutes you can transport to the elevated Design District for shopping and lunch.
Our marina is only a 15minute walk away where you can take boat tours or go for a walk through Margaret Pace Park.
Ready to hit the beach? Grab your beach towels and chairs and head over the bridge to the luxurious South of Fifth area to South Beach in 20minutes.

Only 15 minutes from the airport, this conveniently located, full amenity condo, is sure to become your favorite home away from home.

Awesome stay

The apartment was outstanding. I used this place for a work trip and it was perfect. Beautiful balcony, lots of space, and the amenities in the building are fantastic. Three different pools to choose from and the one I used was heated. Can’t go wrong with that. Location was perfect for me as it took a little over ten minutes from the airport and I could walk to multiple great restaurants. (Beaker and Gray is phenomenal) The owner was great and very communicative. Communication is important to me when renting in other cities and she was responsive and very courteous! Highly recommend and would stay again.

This property has it all. The amenities are the best around and the location is central to everything while still allowing you to be a few steps away from all the hustle and bustle. When you vacation or work remote you should be able to relax and this allows for you to reach the beach, the design district or the airport all in under 30minutes. I usually walk to midtown, wynwood & edge water and take the metromover 1 stop to the museum or a Broadway show.
You can walk to the marina and arrange a boat excursion for the day.
You have three food options downstairs -
1 Aroma cafe (cafe)
2 Natura eatery (Vegan, dairy free, gluten free options)
3 Esotico (dinner and drinks)

There are 3 heated pools on the property plus a jacuzzi.
There is a fitness center, business center and dry sauna for your use as well.
We’ve added white noise machines to help ease you to sleep or to create more of a sanctuary while you work.
The alarm clock has a wireless charging dock on top as well as usb port attached.
The terrace allows for some private suntanning midday and is a gorgeous end of day treat to have a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset.
Beach chairs and towels are provided.
Hepa air filter is located near the master bedroom to ease your mind and create a safe environment for you to rejuvenate in.
All basic shower amenities are supplied for you.
