An absolute gem in Miami Beach! A superbly appointed apartment perfectly located near all the action in South Beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. What's more, the balcony overlooks a beautiful lake, perfect for coffee in the morning.

We enjoyed the stay. The location of the unit is great. It was spacious, clean and fairly well stocked up. Would stay here again. Lawrence was also good with communication.

The host was very communicative which was quite helpful. The location was great and beds were comfortable. tere were lots of bath towels and even some for the beach, which was appreciated. The temp control was perfect and the space very clean.

My family and I stayed here to enjoy Miami for a few nights before a cruise to the Bahamas. I highly recommend this place! It was a perfect place in a perfect location for an (almost) perfect price. We loved it because it was close to the hustle and bustle of Miami Beach but we prefer to be a bit outside those kinds of areas for a quieter, more chill vibe. This place is exactly that. Super easy walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants and shops. There is a free trolley to get you around the area and this condo comes with free parking. The place was clean and had a lovely view. You pay a little extra for the extra space and bathroom. I did not like that the listing said it sleeps 6 but then charged extra for more than 3 people. It's just another way these places nickel and dime you which is just one of my personal pet peeves. All in all though, this spot was a 10!

Quiet location with close beach access

Great stay. Clean rooms. Great area close to the beach and a few nice restaurants. Trolly access is close so you can get to south beach with ease. Definitely would stay again!

Great location

Was a block from the beach right by a park so there were showers and a bathroom available when there. Many restaurants and a CVS in walking distance. Kitchen was great for breakfasts before we headed out for the day. It was fairly quiet and didn’t seem busy where we were.

Perfect spot!

Had a wonderful time in Miami staying here. It is 2 blocks from Miami mid-beach. Essentially, less than 10 minutes from South Beach and Art Deco district. Place was clean and had basic essentials. Would stay here again.

The perfect location!

The property was very well maintained and very comfortable! The balcony space is absolute perfection with a fabulous view! Conveniently located near a trolley stop and there are walkable places in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this compact but clean, updated condo just two blocks from the public beach and walking trail. Great cafes and beach bars in the neighborhood and short uber ride to SoBe and downtown. Living, dining & kitchen all one space. Ideal for four people, six is tight.

Perfect for family of 4

This little apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed here for a week and it had everything we needed, including a balcony and a parking spot. It is in a great location. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the beach is one block away. It's right across from the free public trolly and there are bike rentals close by. Lawrence always responded quickly. I would stay here again for sure.
