Located in the heart of Downtown, just a few minute walk to South Beach.

Snuggled in the heart of the downtown above a store front sits this totally revamped 2 bedroom1 bath condo.
Exposed brick from the late 1800’s, high ceilings and all the comforts you’ll need to enjoy South Haven. Just steps from great shopping, restaurants and beaches, this is the perfect spot to call home base.
There is a full kitchen, a cozy gathering area and Swanky bar nook.
This is The Nests 2 nd season as a rental, so we allowing a minimum of 3 night stays, but we know you’ll want to stay longer with all there is to do in and around South Haven.
A great spot for remote workers or beach goers, you’ll love being right in the center of town.
19 steps to upstairs condo, no elevator. Free city parking behind building. No reserved parking.
There is a business under the condo that is open 10-7 each day. We expect respectful noise levels during those hours.
Very close to beach, shopping, winery's , brewery’s, blueberries farms and restaurants.

The Nest was a great place to stay! Because of its location, we were able to walk everywhere in downtown South Haven. The apartment is clean, updated, very nicely decorated, and has everything you will need for your stay.

Great no stress getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. Nice to be so close to town with a short ride to the beach. Thanks for the welcome treats, they were a nice touch when we arrived.

Me and my wife had a great time at the Nest. It was a great location and right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to the downtown area for shopping and local food places as well as out the back door to the Jazz Fest. The space was more than enough for us and was well kept. We didn’t want for anything. Very nice, neat and clean and super cozy. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves on our annual trip to South Haven.

Perfect location for enjoying the town of South Haven. Renae was very responsive to a slight hitch with our check in. Apartment is very cozy and nicely appointed and decorated. Comfy beds! Would definitely stay here again.

This lovely apartment is located in one of the best locations in downtown South Haven. You can walk anywhere. The apartment is great.....exactly what you would want. We'd give it more than 5 stars if we could!

The nest is a fantastic property for a couples weekend or a weekend with friends. Located in the heart of South Haven, this beautifully decorated condo is extremely clean and up to date. The host owns the shop below and is extremely friendly and available. We will stay again!!!

Perfect home away from home!

My parents and I came here for my birthday/Mother’s Day weekend. This place is even nicer in person and is in a fantastic location, truly in the heart of the city and so close to the beach. We had such a relaxing weekend and even when it was raining, we had all the comforts and amenities as if we were in our own home so we could enjoy being inside! We will definitely recommend to all!

The Nest is centrally located to all sites and the beach. You can easily walk to the sites. South Haven is close to Orchards and Wineries in Fennville just off Star Highway. I would highly recommend the nest.

Beautiful place & great location

Beautiful place and great location downtown South Haven. A short walk to all the downtown shops & places to eat. Keyless entry was a breeze & we didn’t have any issues with finding parking nearby. Home was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and absolutely wonderful! Owner was quick to respond to any texts. We had everything we needed for our relaxing trip!

We fell in love with South Haven about 25 years ago and decided shortly there after it would be where we would lay down roots and great memories for our kids. We Started by renting cottages in town for a week here and there until we were able to buy our own in 2009 and have since became full time residents in 2018. We still LOVE South Haven!

We love to share South Haven with out of towers and felt there was a need for smaller rentals that didn’t require a full weeks rental.

The Nest is a great property because of its amenities, charm and location. We’ve tried to think of all the little details to make your stay comfortable and include the things you will need so that you don’t need to bring “the kitchen sink” with you while on vacation. We’re confident you will love our little swanky nest!
