This well cared for Wellfleet home is tucked away, far from route 6 at the end of a private road. It has a large screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee and family meals. The house has many wonderful features such as beautiful cherry floors, a ping pong table/kids room in the basement and spacious cathedral ceilings throughout the living and dining room areas. There are 2 newer mini-split A/C units, a new dishwasher, and comfortable newer beds. The kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need to prepare summer meals and there is a washer/dryer conveniently located on the main level. The lower level has a walkout to a level backyard complete with patio, umbrella and seating. There are beach chairs for your convenience as well as games and puzzles the whole family can enjoy. And yes, we have a lobster pot!

The house has good wifi throughout, two smart TV.s and plenty of spaces to read a good book or relax after a day at the beach. The custom built cedar and mahogany outdoor shower is a delight!

It is a short drive to the ocean and bay beaches and we are conveniently located just under a mile walk into town. You can easily bike from the house to explore all that Wellfleet has to offer.
