A second master suite offers another king bed, en suite bath with walk-in tiled shower, and a 55" TV for relaxed evenings in. The additional guest rooms are thoughtfully designed: one with another king bed and TV, and the other a flexible family-style space with two twin beds, custom bunk beds, and a queen bed—ideal for kids, cousins, or the young-at-heart. A shared full bath and a second laundry area complete the upper level with ease.

Outside, Aquaholic continues to impress. Both front and back porches are outfitted with custom-built bench seating, a love seat, dining table, and a gas grill, all overlooking a manicured lawn.
