First Time in Traverse City

The condo worked out very well for two couples. The unit was very clean, there was plenty of parking, and while not downtown had some restaurants within easy walking distance. We would stay here again.

Great for a girls trip.

Property was very nice, easy parking, easy to find, close to town and restaurants. Having an elevator was great for getting to the top floor! Having two bathrooms was a wonderful perk, especially traveling with 5 women.

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful apartment

Very cute, super clean apartment that worked well for 2 couples in our group. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the extra towels, linens and a few laundry pods for our use. Could use a few more coffee mugs in the unit. Some outside traffic noise, but not a huge issue. Thanks much!

Overall great property! Beds were really comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. Plenty of towels too. It was a really clean condo which is always a huge plus. We felt very comfy there. Only suggestion would be at least one pot or pan to make pancakes or mac and cheese for the kids.

Very nice property; one issue

Property was great, very clean, nice facilities, and situated in a nice location. Other than too much road traffic noise in one bedroom due to an open window which could not be closed, we had a good stay.

Vinyards, Orchards and Lighthouses

The location and unit were as described and great as a home base to see the surrounding town and sights on the peninsulas. Wonderful little towns and wineries. "Randy's Diner" just a block or so south was a pleasant surprise for breakfast and later in the day meals. The unit's furniture was older adult friendly and the elevator was very helpful. Grand Traverse Commons, old state hospital, with it's shops (not the usual tourist junk), restaurants and historical displays was very interesting.

Perfect location

We stayed here to enjoy Northern Michigan and all the amazing lake places. Lots of fun shopping nearby. Condo was very clean and had plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Trailside45 is a win

We felt so welcomed by the cleanliness and openness of this spacious condo. We had adequate space for our family of four and enjoyed coming back to it after our daily adventures. Thankful Trailside45 was just what we were looking for. Our kids loved the modern decor. Ideal location near everything yet quiet.
