Summary:
Enjoy this stylish experience that is centrally-located 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City! Thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, this cozy condo is perfect for friends and family to come enjoy everything that Traverse City has to offer.

The Space:
This first floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed and a spacious walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite full bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.


In the living room you will find a cozy full sized pullout couch along with a large flat screen TV. Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.

booked last minute. quick communication from the Host. easy access to bike bath and minutes from the beaches and downtown area. Two bedrooms with each having access to a seperate bathroom. Definitely would stay again.

The condo is in a great location. Loved the first floor as well. The only items missing in my opinion would be more hooks in the bathroom near the shower for towels but that is so minor. Everything was perfect really!

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable with the security and surroundings. The apartment was comfortably furnished. This may differ depending on who is in the other units at the time, but the unit above us made noises after midnight for an hour or more each night.

Perfect for our needs

This condo was perfect for our needs, 1st floor easy access.. patio door opened to a grassy area for our Pomeranian. Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet! Everything worked really well. However, there was no toaster that we could find. And the couch needs to be replaced. It is worn and no longer supportive.

Great location for 3 adults and two small dogs. Loved the slider on the first floor for taking dogs out easily. Nice space (2 bedrooms/2 baths, kitchen, living room). We had a family gathering at a relative’s home on Old Mission a few miles away which made for an easy commute back and forth. We walked to Starbucks and Cuppa Joe’s for coffee and we walked miles on the bike trail for exercise. We did not bring our bikes this time but wish we had because it was perfect for a good long ride. Communication was great - easy in and out. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location

The condo is on the TART trail, and we were able to bike to town and other bicycle trails. It was just what we needed to our stay.

Amazing stay!

The apartment was so nice and so clean! It was always to get into and there was plenty of space for the whole family! It is very well maintained and kept. We loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room! If visiting Traverse City again, we will definitely re-book this location!
