Enjoy your vacation at this centrally located Trailside 45 Condo! Only 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City AND right next to the Tart Trail! This condo is close to everything that northern Michigan has to offer like award winning restaurants, wineries, bars, hiking trails, biking trails, and beaches awaiting you during your trip to Traverse City. Enjoy this first floor unit with easy access to outside, you will not be disappointed!

The Space:
This first floor condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Traverse City! Spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms.

Kick back in the living room and input your own username into any of the streaming services to binge watch your favorite shows. The couch pulls out to a full sized bed if you have extra guests! (all linens included)
** NO LIVE CABLE. STREAMING SERVICES ONLY**

Walk into the primary bedroom where you will find a cozy queen bed (linens and towels included) along with a flat screen TV to stream any of your favorite shows. This room features a walk in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a 3 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants and favorite local hangouts. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (basic utensils, basic cookware, basic dishes, 2 rolls of paper towel, 4 dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, and a duel Keurig). A few K-cups of coffee will be provided to get your vacation off on the right foot.

Planning on staying a while? No worries there is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash your belongings. 4 laundry pods and dryer sheets will be provided.

Very conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown. Check-in was super easy and apartment was clean with no surprises, just the way we like it. Definitely a place to consider again

Nice place. We loved there is two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Made our stay much more comfortable. The description was the beds were queen size, but they seemed more like doubles and they were very uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioning did not work right even after we tried the suggestions to fix it from the owner. The temp never changed from 76-78 the whole time, even so when we were gone all day.. Very hot on a humid weekend. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves.

The place was clean, the parking was great, the response time of the owner was quick - a good basic place to stay which we chose because of the two bathrooms.5 stars would've been given except for the following: ice machine was not working;super noisy lid to the trash can which woke the whole house up when using;TV didn't have basic channels; not sure how this is "supposed" to work, but all of the other VRBOs we have stayed in have been stocked to the brim with coffee, spices, oils and many more amenities than this unit had.It fulfilled our basic needs, but wasn't somewhere we would return.

I don’t recommend this property. We stayed for 12 nights and the air conditioning was improperly working for the first half of our stay. We had 3 visits from the local air conditioning company as well as 2 visits from the property management maintenance team. The circuit breaker had to be flipped and turned back on when it wasn’t working to be “reset”. Before knowing this I had to request a fan as the messaging through vrbo is all off shore, apparently to someone in the Philippines. Come to find out, the a/c company was working on the unit before we arrived, so this was very much a known issue.The beds are extremely hard. The unit is on the first floor facing a very busy road so there is extensive traffic noise, of course the listing doesn’t explain this. There are blinds in the bedrooms but light shines through quite a lot.I would not stay at this unit again and don’t recommend others to stay.I did request a refund or a rebooking to another property and the person in the message center would not even answer my questions. I did get a 10% refund.The property is managed by the Mitten Group, not an individual, so understand there is no one to actually work with or call. I called the Mitten group real estate office and property management company, left messages and no one returned my call. It was a giant headache from the very beginning.

Great location & wonderful host.

While we live just over an hour away, we found ourselves with a family member in the hospital for an extended stay and this property was perfect for us to have as a "base". When I looked for locations near the hospital nothing showed because I was looking for the same day...after changing my date to the next day this location showed as available...I quickly messaged the host and immediately heard back from him that it was available that same day. Riley was amazing to work with to get us in. Then as our stay was going to end, I messaged him again to see if we could extend the stay...again, his communication was lightening fast and he got us taken care of immediately. The property is close to everything...so central...I highly recommend this place! Added bonus...most places request the renter to do light housekeeping upon checkout, not here...they take care of everything! Truly just what we needed to make our lives easier during a difficult time.

Nice, convenient, all the amenities. Felt like a very nice college apartment. Great deal. We didn’t bring our dogs, but it’s a dog friendly property, which we love! Easy check in and check out.

Close to everything

This condo was close to things and provided a good jumping off point for adventurers. We walked to both the Filling Station and to Oakwood Burger and both were great. The unit is on the small side and with the barn doors on the bathrooms, there isn’t much privacy. Make sure you are very close to those you’re staying with.

Girls weekend

We had 4 adult women, on a girl’s only trip! It was amazing. We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect, just a short Uber downtown (cost like $6). ONLY complaints- beds are quite hard
and numbers on the outside of the building would be nice for parking 😂

Clean and easily accessible

Just needed a space for a family of four with a teenage boy for a Funeral. This was a great place to come to after a chaotic and emotional day. The only negative was I had to wait for the door code as it was not sent in an automated email as stated in another email. However they promptly replied with the code and we did not have to wait long.

Good Stay

Overall great stay! The condo was clean and neat. We had enough of everything needed. We were a party of 6 adults, we all fit, but I would say the space is best for a party of 4, or maybe a family (adults and kids). Description was accurate for distance to downtown and the beach. Communication with property was great and the no clean up was an awesome benefit. Property is directly by the road and a condo building, expect some noise. Overall, great stay and would stay again!
