Our plans changed, and we were not really able to take advantage of the facilities. We got in late and left the next morning. It was a cold night, so we couldn't enjoy the balconies.

Great location and beautiful views. We really enjoy the stay. Two rooms, living area, and two big balconies, one for sunrise, one for sunset and Disney firework. Super nice! The pool and jacuzzi next to the lake are definitely enjoyable.

Perfect spot for our Disney adventures. Loved the view. Loved the check out instructions. Just pack up and go. Not like typical VRBO listings that charge you a cleaning fee then also give you a list of todo’s before you leave. Seriously!!?? What’s the darn cleaning fee for exactly?? lol.

Pictures did not to justice to this amazing condo! The condo is much larger than what I thought it would be!Living room was comfortable, with a large TV and Roku remote. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were two large balconies. One overlooking the lake and we could see Downtown Disney area. My daughter had her on bedroom with attached bathroom. She didn't realize it had a remote to raise and lower the mattresses;-) The master bedroom was large, plenty of storage, nice bathroom and remote control ceiling fan. The added touches such as each night stand had a charger, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen had a keurig with four coffee pods, each bedroom had a TV, even the bunk beds in the hallway had a TV, washer, dryer and more! You cannot beat the location! Close to Disney and Universal was short drive up the Interstate. The pool and hot tub were nice too. We'll definitely stay here again!!!!

Great place to stay!

The room was really nice, pool, hot tub and the dock for kayaking and canoeing was a great addition. Only thing is that there are gators which made it less appealing to kayak but I would have loved to if I had time. We were there for a family reunion so it was nice to have to extra room for my mom and cousin (who came last minute) to sleep in. My nephew said the pull out couch and bunk beds were pretty comfortable as well. I loved the 2 balconies. I am a fresh air/sunlight kind of person so I felt really at home. Host was responsive and got things taken care of faster than expected. Overall great stay. And I loved the view of the lake in the morning. So beautiful.

Perfect for AAU Nationals

Apartment was exactly as described. Clean, close to everything and really safe for 3 women traveling together. Grandma came with us for AAU Nationals and needed her own space, but my 12 year old wanted a pool and place to lounge too. This hit all of our needs! Extra bunk beds if her friends ever wanted to stay over!Also, the garbage disposal didn’t work well when we first arrived. A simple message to the property owner and someone was there within a half hour to fix it! Amazing communication.
Pool has great hours for busy athletes!

Beautiful Penthouse

The penthouse and resort were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the bed in one of the bedrooms. It was really two twin mattresses put together instead of one larger mattress and they weren't very comfortable. The other beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing Orlando Vacation with all the views!

Everything about this property was fabulous! The living space was accommodating, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The views were amazing, Disney Springs & Epcot with all the lights and fireworks from front balcony, peaceful lake from back balcony! Location is super convenient whichever direction you may be heading. I would recommend this home away from home to anyone looking in Orlando areas!

Beautiful property, large/warm pool. Loved the food at the tiki bar. Our room was amazing- front and back balconies. Suite was clean and had an abundance of room/pool towels. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities to cook meals.

Immaculate property

Came for the AAU volleyball nationals with my two daughters. Rick's place was amazing!!! The condo was clean and well appointed with extra amenities. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from Disney on our front porch every night. Looking forward to booking for next year once we get our dates set for the tournament.

Universal Trip

Took a family trip to universal and stayed 1 night here. The view off the balcony over the lake was incredible. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels and shower items.

Property was exactly what it looked like on the internet. Clean, plenty of towels, dishes, two balconies, view over looking the water was amazing and relaxing. I would gladly stay here again.

Great Place for Family

Five adults were very comfortable in our extended 4 day weekend. Our youngest, 17, was able to cuddle up in the bottom bunk which we were unsure of at the start, but she actually loved it. Quiet property overall however the front facing bedroom does get some traffic noise. Views were amazing. Fireworks at Disney and Epcot were fun to watch from the front deck. Rear deck overlooking the lake was pretty but clouds ruined our sunrises. Condo was overall great for us, first week in January, for a long weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property!

Loved our stay at the DogeCoin Penthouse! The condo is very well maintained and super CLEAN! We had our adult children with us and everyone had plenty of space to relax. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. And the views...AMAZING! We loved having morning coffee looking to the east at the wonderful lake, and in the evening watching the various fireworks from the west view balcony. The location is perfect! Disney Springs and all the parks are a short drive away! The pool area was large and very clean, and we loved the tiki bar and the friendly bartender! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the essentials, although we did limited cooking. There are several quick restaurants right outside the condo, and also a 24 hour Walgreens across the street for necessities. My family mentioned several times how the condo was perfect for our vacation. Check-in was easy, and communication was on point. Excellent property! Highly recommend!

Great views, great location!

We had a really great time here. Enjoyed the views from both balconies. Really great location, close to many restaurants and attractions. I've stayed at the Blue Heron at least 6 or 7 times, and it's always been very nice, but this was my favorite suite by far. Highly recommended!
