This beautiful 3-bedroom private waterfront home in Indian Rocks Beach features a pool with a hot tub, outdoor dining and lounging areas, and gorgeous waterway views! This well-thought-out home has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have waterway views with sliding door access to the outdoor living area, 2 bathrooms, a foosball table, a living room with sleeper sofa, a spacious kitchen, a dining room with pool and water views, washer and dryer, beach towels, sand toys, and a golf cart (access provided upon signing a waiver).
Kitchen: Upon walking into the home you will find the fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the living room. Other provided amenities include an in-the-door ice/water dispenser, a microwave, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker and Keurig, a 2-slice toaster, and a blender. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
* Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer and beach towels.
Dining Area: Has a farmhouse-style dining table that seats 6 guests and 4 stools at the breakfast bar. There's also a sitting area in the kitchen that overlooks the pool area and waterway.
Living Room: Comes with a cozy sitting area with plenty of natural lighting, a sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper sofa bed, a ceiling fan, and a TV.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has direct waterway views and access to the backyard oasis, a King-size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, TV, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): A full bathroom with a vanity sink, toilet, and tiled stand-up shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Also has direct waterway views and access to the backyard oasis, a Queen-sized bed, nightstand with lamp, clock, dresser, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet, and shower tub combination.
Bedroom #3: Has a bunk bed with a Queen-sized bed on the bottom and a twin size on top, a ceiling fan, dresser, nightstand, and TV.
Outdoors: This space is truly an oasis boasting beautiful waterway views, sunsets, and even dolphin sightings. There is a resort-style lounging area, a 6-top dining table, a Weber gas grill, a heated pool with hot tub overflow, and a nice turf area that leads you to your private dock with a built-in bench to sit right at the water edge and take in the scenery. The seawall also has a full fence as well at the dock entrance for peace of mind for those traveling with younger kids. Also provided with this home are: 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, 6 beach chairs, and a golf cart (access provided upon signing a waiver).
There are two beach accesses closest to this home at 26th and 27th Avenues. Both accesses have a few parking spaces that are on a first come basis or it is a 19-minute walk to the sand. There are also beach rentals in IRB if you choose to rent a golf cart during your stay. The quaint town of Indian Rocks has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Sandy's, Hurricane Eddy's, Salt Public House, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, beach shops, and a salon. There is also Kolb Park with a playground, sports field, tennis court, skate park, and the Indian Rocks Library.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Golf Cart Policy: Guests must sign a safety and liability waiver before driving the golf cart. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips such as Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Walsingham Park, Mc Gough Nature Park is a big hit for kids, and just over the IRB bridge; it has rescued birds, reptiles, playground, walking trails that lead to the water and you can feed turtles. Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, and Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney is just two hours away.
