The apartment contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is a fully appointed eat-in kitchen as well as a large living room for relaxing after a full day of activities. Internet is provided as well. Great central location for all of your local activities whether it's hiking the trails of Hoosier National Forest, the recreation of Patoka Lake, a bass tournament at Rocky Point, walking along the banks of the river at Sunset Park, eating at the Patio or enjoying a day at Holiday World theme park. Make it a lady's getaway and go to Bottom of the Barrel wine room below the apartment to stay for a while or grab wine, beer and food to relax on the large wooden deck or, during the week, schedule advance massages or chiropractic appointments at Complete Wellness next door. There are several restaurants (Pour Haus and Post) and retail establishments within walking distance as well as a bakery and a Train Depot. No matter the reason for your visit to our area, these accommodations will be just what you need!

Apartment was very clean and well maintained. The host was very easy to work with and went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied. My family really enjoyed the convenience of being right on Main St, the extra throw blankets, and Behind the Times Bakery (only 2 blocks away). Overall, wonderful stay.

Wonderful space

The rental was spacious, well cooled (despite the Indiana heat) and the host was very fast to respond to any inquiries. I highly recommend staying here if you wanna check out Tell City or any surrounding attractions!

Downtown appeal

This cute apartment was perfect for our needs. It is located downtown and was very convenient for all of the events we were attending. The deck is perfect.

Highly recommend!

We had a great experience staying at this location. We were in the city for a softball tournament, panicking because we were unable to find a hotel, then we found this gem! Only 5 minutes from the hotel where many of our teammates were staying and only 4 minutes from the softball field! It was safe and fun to be able to walk to a couple local restaurants. Check-in and check-out were super easy. It was clean and even better than the pictures. Communication with the host was great. Overall, highly recommend!

Clean, welcoming, and convenient

We had a short stay for a family get-together in Perry County. We were just two adults, but were happy to each have our own room. The apartment was welcoming and very clean. When communicating with Michelle she responded very quickly and was friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfortable, and is convenient to the many cute shops and restaurants in downtown Tell City as well as walking distance to the river walk park area. Perfect! Thank you.

Small town setting for visit w proximity to Holiday World

Fantastic location, fantastic host. Lots of great restaurants within walking and short driving distance. The unit itself is impossibly cool, comfy beds and the roof deck is a huge bonus. Book it now, you won’t do better than this.
