Stress Relief

Great home, great location. Owner was great to work with. Would not hesitate to return and to recommend it to others. Our stay was a pleasant change from the from the hustle and bustle of Miami.

The house is exactly as pictured. The pool was very nice. We cooked a few night and had everything we needed. The communication with the owner and property manager was excellent.

Comforts of Home on Vacation!

Thankful to have found this property. The house is exactly as described with all the amenities ready to be enjoyed upon arrival. Our teenagers loved the kayaks, fishing poles, pool, fire pit and spacious dock. We are already looking to find open dates to return! Thank you for being great hosts:)

Fabulous Vacation

I am a bit of a neat freak and this place met my cleanliness expectations! It was plenty of room for two families of 4 to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Owners were very responsive, helpful and knowlagable about the area. We rented a boat for a few days and it was a great to be able to keep it at the house. Thank you for sharing your home with our families!!

Super comfortable home in nice area

Spent almost two months at this property and it was very nice. The house is in a quiet area but still close enough (drive) to the two popular marinas. The home is nice and has all the kitchen and other equipment you need. We did have a few issues with the bed, fridge, and pool heater, but the host took care of those right away. Would stay again.

Robert, so glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope you come back as you stated. Yes, we had some repairs and replacements during your 2 month stay. The pool heater went out and instead of fixing it we opted to replace it We also put in a new fridge / freezer / ice maker and the guests before you apparently thought the bed was an indoor trampoline and broke the frame then covered it up by propping up the broken supports so we our handyman rebuilt the frame after you let us know.

Peaceful and pristine

We had an amazing family trip to Cape Paradise. The house and property were great. Fishing from the dock, relaxing by the pool, kayaking in the canal. House has everything you need to cook a wonderful meal, and the proximity to grocery stores and fish markets is just an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again. Thanks for the memories.
