Prime Weeks Still Available!! The Peninsula!

Come vacation with us in this beautiful, upscale 4-bedroom townhouse in the Marina Bay community of The Peninsula. Just 20-30 minutes to the beaches and plenty to do right in the community! Featuring first class amenities such as a beach area on the bay, walking & biking trails, three pools (an adult only pool, family wave pool and an indoor pool), tennis courts, a gym and golf course. So much to do and so close to all that Rehoboth has to offer! Call and reserve your week today! Note that Amenity Fees are paid separately at The Peninsula.

tenants to bring pets.

Primary Amenity Costs to Tenant. (other facilities may also have fees).

Golf:   (Fees are Subject to Change for 2023) need to confirm for 2025 season.
Green Fees $200 (18 Holes)/ $127 (9 Holes) per person (includes cart fee).  Junior Green Fees $50 (18 Holes)/ $40 (9 Holes) Rental fee for Golf clubs $50 (18 Holes)/ $35 (9 Holes).  
Earliest tee time for Guests is 11:00 am and reservations can be made no earlier than 7 days in advance.

Athletic Club & Pools:   
Weekly Pass -  $110 for Adults & $55 for age 6-15. 
Daily weekday/weekend passes also available.
Guests are not permitted to use facility before 10:00 a.m and on Saturdays.
Fitness Classes:    
Rates are current, however, subject to change.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options.

August Getaway

This community is awesome. Our family trip was so relaxing and peaceful. The home had enough space for our family of 6, with each child having plenty of space. We used the home’s bikes to ride around the neighborhood and to the pool. A wonderful summer vacation right before heading back to school and work .

Perfect Delaware Getaway!

Positives: The townhome is nicely appointed and very QUIET. I wasn't expecting to have such nice privacy with units on either side. It has a lovely view of the pond and nice sunsets from the back porch. The kitchen island is massive so it's nice for families wanting to catch a meal at home. The Peninsula is so lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed the nature center and wave pool, and the food at the club and Terrace Grill is very good. Pay attention to the hours for guests for the amenities. On our last day, the pool closed at 2 for a private member party, and on Saturdays, guests aren't allowed to use the pools. Friday and Saturday nights guests can't eat at the club. All in all, though it was a fantastic week. Negatives: When we arrived the unit smelled like garbage and there were many flies inside which took all week to kill them all. The garbage comes on Mondays and Thursdays so if guests leave on the weekend, the trash sits in the garage until Monday when it can be taken out. My suggestion would be for the owner to pay to have the trash removed after each guest leaves. Maybe the housekeeper could take it? We did reach out to the property manager and they were very responsive and removed the trash the next day after our arrival on a Sunday. We appreciated that very much! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit. Just go and enjoy!

As advertised! Beautiful home and great community amenities

My family thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this beautiful townhouse. The pictures are accurate, and the home was very clean. The home provided great space for 7 people (4 kids and 3 adults). The kids really enjoyed the loft space with the game table and provided games. They also loved the bunk room that had a TV they could hook their game consoles to. The patio with the fire pit was a great place to unwind after a day of activities with a glass of wine and roasted marshmallows. The community pools were perfect for our younger kiddos, and the older kids and adults enjoyed golfing. The course in the community is beautiful but is a bit price for more than one day. However, we found other courses in the immediate vicinity that were fabulous and more reasonably priced for other days. Make sure you book reservations for tee times, bikes, and kayaks in advance as they are not always available. And be sure to check with the clubhouse to see if the pool will be closed for resident events or cleaning on any of the days of your stay. There were a couple days that the pool closed early, but we were told in advance and went early to enjoy a morning swim. We really appreciated the property management company as well. Sherry was very responsive to our questions in advance of arrival and communicated with us during our stay. If we are ever in the area, we will book with Sherry again and happily stay in this home. You won't be disappointed!

Lovely property, beautiful amenities!

Love the location, the community pool was fabulous! Beach was a hike and trash pickup was only once a week, not the advertised 2x/wk which caused a bug issue during our entire stay. Otherwise we really enjoyed the property .
