Beautiful 4-bedroom townhome at the Peninsula!

Enjoy this stunning new 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom townhome in the 18th on the Bay Peninsula community. The spacious, open floorplan includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, well stocked for your culinary creations. You will find quality, new furniture throughout the townhome. The dining table seats eight, and there is additional seating for seven at the island. The living room has a smart 65” OLED TV with a Sonos sound bar. With high-speed Wifi, you can login to your accounts and stream your favorite shows. Extreme HD Verizon TV service is also provided for the living room TV if preferred.

This property has four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps eight. The primary bedrooms on the first and second floor both include king size beds, smart TVs, and en suite full bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms complete the second floor and share a third full bathroom (one bedroom includes a queen bed and the other has two twin beds). In addition to a sofa and chairs, the loft has a small desk if desired during your stay. The home is also stocked with a number of games and books for your use and enjoyment. Owner is not responsible for injury with use of kayak, paddle board, or bikes found in the garage.

For our property, The Peninsula rules allow a maximum of 10 guests and three cars to be checked in at the gatehouse. There is garage space for a compact vehicle and two cars can fit in the driveway. We will provide linens and bath towels but please bring your own beach towels. This property has a strict no smoking policy (to include vaping and marijuana) and does not accept pets due to HOA restrictions. Please, no parties or large gatherings. You are vacationing in a residential area so please observe the quiet times (10:00pm to 7:00am) and be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund. There is a ring doorbell with camera (outdoor) installed on the property.

This townhouse is a short walk to the indoor, outdoor and wave pools, miniature golf, fitness center with weight room, hot tubs, sauna, spa, game room, tennis, pickle-ball, sand volleyball and golf. Please note: the amenity fees are not included in the rental.

About the Peninsula:

Enjoy a resort vacation, full of amenities for both kids and adults. The Peninsula is a private, gated waterfront community offering world-class amenities including a championship golf experience, a full-service spa, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, an outdoor wave pool, a professionally designed tennis (4 Premier & 2 Har-Tru courts) and pickleball venue (6 courts), lighted basketball courts, a mini-golf course, large kids game room, state-of-the-art fitness center, the Terrace Grille, 33,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and more! The outdoor pools are only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year, but the other amenities are available year-round.

To access the Peninsula's amenities, renters can purchase guest passes at the athletic club (prices below). Extra fees may apply for certain activities.

These fees exclude golf fees. Tennis and pickleball courts must be reserved prior to use with a $10 charge for in season and $5 for off season. This will allow 90 to 120 minutes of court time. Max 2 reservations per day.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
--The Peninsula requires submission of the Gatehouse Registration Form 10 days prior to rental start with all guests listed. Please let us know if your booking window has passed to check if we are able to accommodate.
--This property does not allow pets.
--The Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.
--There is a seven-night minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial to Labor Day, and a three-night minimum in the off-season.

The Neighborhood:
The Peninsula is located on the Indian River Bay and is less than 15 miles from Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, Tanger Factory Outlets, and an array of fine dining options. Grocery options, including Harris Teeter and Giant, are just two miles away from the home. On-site dining is available at the Peninsula Clubhouse as well pool-side at the Terrace Grille and Cabana Bar.
