It doesn’t get much better than this! You will be completely relaxed and at ease watching the sunset burst into color over the 11th tee.

Walking in to your home away from home, you’ll find a spacious open floor plan that combines the dining and kitchen and a large living space beyond. A large dining table will comfortably seat 10, and the beautiful kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 4. Stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and a Keurig as well; the kitchen has everything you need. The ceiling on the other side of the bar vaults up high over the living area that features a 55” smart TV, a love seat, a sofa with a pull-out bed that sleeps 2, and a double size arm-chair that is so comfy you will all fight over it.

The first floor master suite offers you a king size bed and large walk-in closet, while the en suite features a double vanity and a spacious shower with dual shower heads.

Completing the first floor is a half bath, the laundry room and access to both the screened-in porch and the patio.

Upstairs you’ll find a full bath, a junior master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a trundle-bed and walk-in closet. A loft with sliding doors for privacy features a day bed with a trundle.

The garage includes 5 bikes, a collapsible wagon, a beach cart and plenty of balls for you to take advantage of the nearby basketball and volleyball courts.

This townhouse is a short walk to the indoor, outdoor and wave pools, miniature golf, a fitness center with weight room, hot tubs, sauna, spa, game room, tennis, pickle-ball, sand volleyball and golf. Please note: the amenity fees are not included.

The Peninsula also has its own 225 acre protected Nature Reserve with boardwalk, trails and bay access -- perfect for outside activities like hiking, fishing, kayaking, and more!

As if that weren’t enough, this townhouse is only a short drive away from all Coastal Delaware has to offer -- shopping, beaches, amazing restaurants and more!

Beautiful Vacation Location

Beautiful town house, well maintained, location beautiful, fun filled with outdoor activities Fishing,swimming, especially the Wave pool Kids love, adult pool and an activity pool. Along with an indoor pool and gym. The peninsula has Miniature golfing. Kayaking, can rent Kayaks and bikes on site. Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms were a plus. Outdoor screened in porch is very nice to set out on snd watch the golfers and people walking & biking on the path, only negative no toaster and parking for more than one car is sparse but can find a spot up street 1-2 blocks if parking by house is full only 3 spots

We had a wonderful time during our stay! We had two babies with us so we wanted something where we could just relax and enjoy the pool. Everyone in the community was very nice and we enjoyed walking around and admiring all the beautiful homes! The house we stayed at comfortably fit our 4 adults and 6 children. It was clean, comfortable, and most importantly, the owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Also want to note that there is only room for 1 car BUT there is overflow parking throughout. We typically got a spot that was about a 30 second walk from the house. Only one time did we have to park at the further overflow lot which is about a 5 minute walk. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Getting into the house was a little confusing for my uncle as it was presented as a digital lock and not an actual lockbox where you need to locate the lockbox, use the combo to get the actual house key. Saying it is a digital lock should in fact say lockbox to open and collect key. There is only one key.

Perfect Family Vacation

You can’t go wrong with this Blue Crab Townhouse. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. We all were extremely comfortable in this beautiful, clean, charming home for a 7 day family vacation. The owner gave us all the information we needed and went over and beyond to see to it that we had a pleasant stay. The house was full stocked with everything we needed to cook for the family and clean up after the kids. I can not say enough about the amenities available in the Peninsula community where this home is located. If you have kids, you can’t go wrong with this rental. Beautiful golf course, pools, mini-golf, basketball courts, tennis courts, a bay beach, walking/biking trails I can go on & on
 7 days wasn’t enough! The kids never wanted to go back home! We were all sad leaving through the gates for the last time! All of the staff is friendly and courteous, the restaurants & gym on site were phenomenal! We will definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful Community and Townhouse

This property was clean and spacious. There were plenty of kitchen supplies. The unit was very close to the amenities which was super convenient because it is a large communty( and growing). We ate at both restaurants and they were both excellent. We played lots of pickleball, tennis, and swam in the indoor and outdoor pools. It was a great active getaway. The only problems we encountered were that the unit had only 1 TV in the Main living area. None in any bedroom which, had it been raining or we were a larger group, would have been an issue. If that was stated in the description and we missed it- that’s on us but beware. Also, there is only a single cup Keurig which again was too small for a large unit that slept 6+. A minor inconvenience at best for coffee lovers.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful time here. The property is in a great location and we could sit out on the screened in porch and watch the sunset, it was gorgeous. The house was well stocked and Brian was great at meeting our needs. I would totally recommend this home!

Excellent location in a great community with lots of activities

Our experience at this location was a 10/10. The house was immaculate and just like the pictures posted. We had a comfortable stay, plenty of room for 9 people. The activities on the property kept our 6 children busy all week, they played volleyball, swam, rode bikes, and board games. Brian was a great host and answered any of our questions and phone calls immediately. Would definitely consider this property again.

Great place to stay with amazing amenities!

My family had a great week staying at this property. It is such a nice community. We loved having bikes provided to ride around to the gym, courts and wave pool. It was about 1/2 hour drive to the beaches we visited. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a family

This property was ideal for our family of 5 adults and 6 kiddos. It was spacious. It was stocked with everything you would need. It was neat and clean with all the amenities. The home was close to the pools, tennis courts, mini golf and food. It had games, water toys, riding toys and bikes for all. It was close to beaches and the boardwalk. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The washer and dryer were great to have! The owner was quick to answer any questions that needed to be answered. I would recommend this property to all.

Fantastic "country club" getaway

The property was perfect for my family. We had enough space to have privacy, and a great common area to be around each other, and play games etc. The property has a great golf course, and the amenities are outstanding. Getting to the beach is a bit of a hassle, but we understood that going in; about a 1/2 hour due to traffic on Rt. 1.

Peaceful Retreat

This property is spacious and restful with plenty of space for a family to spread out, yet enjoy family activities. There were seashore supplies available for us, this helped us enjoy our family beach retreat. The screened in back porch was perfect for evening family gatherings. Thank you!!!

Top notch stay across the board. Property manager, house and the entire facility were great. We rent a house almost every summer somewhere along the eastern seaboard. This was one of our top experiences.

We had a great vacation! The townhouse was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative was that the cleaning service was still there at 4;15 pm when we arrived to check in. But not a big deal. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We hope to come back again next year!

Beautiful property - super clean and perfect fit for our family!

Back to the Peninsula again after close to 10 years and it still as stunning as we remember! We recently returned to the Peninsula after several stays in the Peninsula community (although not in this house) close to a decade ago. Back then our children were around 3 and 5 years old and they loved the wave pool with the sand for building castles and we loved the safety and ease of walking and biking to everything. The wave pool is still fun and exciting for kids, the adult pool (for 16+ year olds) is gorgeous and while I sat in chairs by the pool reading, my husband loved taking a dip both during the day and even at night as the adult pool (which is heated when needed) doesn't close until 8pm. The community is exceptionally well maintained and it's easy to allow kids to bike around the gated property. There's 24-hr security and it just feels safe and easy to live here for the week. This particular property was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. The kitchen and common areas are large. The first floor master is extremely spacious (as are all the closets) and we all LOVED the screened in porch facing the water and golf course. The porch has a lamp (if you want to sit outside at night) and an overhead fan for keeping it cool and bug free. The house is very clean, modern looking and minimally decorated which we loved. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with from the moment we booked through our entire stay. He made is easy to do just about everything. My entire family was able to relax and recharge and we're already looking forward to staying in this property again. My entire family raved about what a great time they had - such a lovely vacation!

Relaxing Vacation

Upon entering the house we rented their were linens wrapped up into a ball thrown into the closets and laundry basket. Some were soiled so we rewashed everything. We cleaned the unit again other than that the resort was amazing. The staff were on their A game and very friendly and answered all our questions. We would vacation there again.

We are one big family from central New Jersey (the ladies are sisters). There are 5 children in total, and "Gramps" often comes down with us. We originally discovered vacationing in the Rehoboth area in the summer of 2010. A few years later we found the Peninsula, and have been coming back every year since, staying in various parts of the community. We had always talked of buying, but we didn't want to settle. Finally in 2019, we honed in on Blue Crab Avenue, and this townhouse was in the perfect spot for us.

We wanted a spacious place that was close to the pools and amenities. Our favorite spot has always been out on the screened-in porch or the patio with a colorful sunset over the water at the 11th tee.

When we all vacation at the townhouse together, our multi-generational family is completely comfortable and relaxed here. We love the golf, the pools and the new mini-golf course. We spend a lot of time on the basketball court, biking to the bay for the sunrise or to go crabbing. Most of all we all love starting and ending our day together out on our screened-in porch. Its our home away from home, and we know you'll feel that way too!
