Explore the outdoors using one of the four provided bikes. The community also offers over six miles of hiking paths by the water and a fishing pier. With no shortage of family-friendly fun, spend your sunny afternoons making a splash in one of the four pools or playing a leisurely round of golf on a scenic course. When looking to venture out, you are eight miles to Lewes Beach and State Park. Jungle Jim’s, Gordons Pond State Park, and the Delaware Seashore State Park are all within 18 miles.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

There is a partial AC unit in one of the bedrooms.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
IMPORTANT - The Peninsula Community registration forms must be completed 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to submit these by the deadline will result in a $100 late fee assessed to the reservation.
Parties and large gatherings (more than eight) are not permitted.
Guests are required to pay a Club Access Fee to use the above facilities, payable at the Athletic Center upon arrival. Daily or weekly passes are available. During In Season 5/23/25 through 9/1/25, there is no Saturday use for rental guests. Depending on the season and day of the week, adult (16+ years) rates range from $10-$30/day or $51-$110/weekly, and child (6-15 years) rates range from $5-$15/day or $25-$55/weekly.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
