We have a great fenced backyard for all dogs, big or small. Only 15 minutes to World Famous Clearwater Beach, as well as Indian Rocks Beach. 30 minutes to the must see St. Pete Pier and only 10 minutes to the Phillies Stadium!

Quiet Family and Dog Friendly Neighborhood. Quiet time is observed between 10pm and 8am. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and groceries. Conveniently located less than 15 min from Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach, and only a 7 minute bike ride from the 163 acre, Eagle Lake Park's Rosery Road Entrance. St Petersburg Pier and Tampa airport are just 30 min away.

The home has 3 bedrooms meticulously appointed and centrally located designed for families and groups. We worked hard to ensure you would feel right at home, with everything you need at your fingertips.

All 3 bedrooms are set up for maximum comfort, with brand new medium-firm mattresses, extra pillows and room darkening curtains, so you can wake whenever you want to and feel refreshed and ready for your next adventure.

There are closets in each room as well as an equipped washer and dryer in the laundry room, fully equipped kitchen. There is a smart TV with Roku in the living room or relax in the inviting pool enjoying the entertainment of your own backyard. Hang out by the fire pit and roast marshmallows with loved ones in our Adirondack chairs.

Smoking is not permitted inside, however for smokers there is an ashtray provided outdoors. Not 420 friendly anywhere on the premises.

The pool is heated to 83•F for the months of October to April. If you would like to increase the temperature there is a per-day fee. Tampering with the heat settings or pool equipment is not allowed and may only be done via request.

We had a fabulous time! Amelia was one of the best hosts we’ve had at a rental. The house was very clean and comfortable. Sheets, bedding, and towels were all superb. The pool was a lovely amenity as well! Will definitely return!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house was spotless and beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

First time using a vacation rental home. I was very impressed. Very clean and fresh. All newly decorated. We had a rental car , close to stores, restaurants and Clearwater beach.

Very Nice House and Host

The house was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the Weather was terrible when we were there so we did not get to enjoy the pool and yard too much. Neighborhood is quiet and it took about 20 minutes to get into more touristy area and beach. House had everything we needed to cook and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner, Would stay again.

Nice house in a decent neighborhood in Largo. Not too far from the beach. House looked like pics & was clean. Neighbors are quiet. Communication of host was excellent! Would recommend.

Lovely property

Felt like home once you entered the property. House is located in a very quite neighborhood and is close to all beaches. Had everything you needed if you wanted to cook but why should you with all the great surrounding restaurants. Pool is an obvious plus for the days you want a rest from the beach. Would definitely stay here again on our next vacation in the Clearwater area. Thanks Amelia!

Quaint house close to the beach

We walked in and we’re immediately greeted with a dogie pillow, toy and a bag of snacks for her. It didn’t stop there! The close proximity to the beach with the fact that if you’re up to it oh by the way there’s a pool in the back. The pool everything from squirt guns, rings, floaters for children of all ages. The house was surprisingly huge and done right for 1400ish sq feet. Definitely was worth the money and the host was so courteous and generous. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up for this place!

Perfect House for our Family!

We had the best time staying at this property. Amelia thought of everything we could possibly need- coffee, high chair, beach supplies, pack and play crib, etc. The home was safe for our young children. The laundry room was a convenient drop zone right when you come in from the garage (perfect for those sandy beach days!). We drove to several beaches in the area and they were all about 15-30 minutes away, which worked out great for us and allowed us to explore different areas. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed swimming in the pool in the evenings. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for such a great experience!

I have been a Clearwater local for about 6 years now and I love this town! My husband and I have 2 toddlers and a mature Lab/German Shepherd mix... They are my everything, and I try to design the home with them in mind to make it very family and dog friendly!

I love to host parties and gatherings, and my dream as a little girl was to own my own Bed & Breakfast! So this has been a wonderful way of reaching my life goals, and I hope it shows in your stay!

Close to a 163 acre park with a huge dog park as well as a serene playground and lake. within 15 min drive of both Clearwater beach and Indian Rocks Beach. 30 min drive to both St. Pete and Tampa.
