** La maison est en cours de rénovation complète et sera terminée dans les deux prochaines semaines. À ce moment-là, je posterai des photos de toute la maison. Tout sera flambant neuf! Veuillez m'envoyer un message pour toute question. Cette maison sera disponible à la location à temps pour les vacances de printemps à partir du 11 avril!**

Ceci est la location ultime en Floride. Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine, profitez de la véranda couverte avec 55 TV, grill, tout en profitant du meilleur temps que la Floride a à offrir. Situé à 6 km de la plage de Clearwater. Chaque restaurant, bar et magasin que vous pourriez souhaiter dans un rayon de 2 miles. Les fans de baseball adoreront assister à des matchs d'entraînement de printemps au Spectrum Field, domicile des Phillies de Philadelphie, situé à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la maison. Vous adorerez faire des souvenirs ici!

We had a great time at this residence. The weather was perfect for suntans and pool time. Shopping was very close and numerous. Communications with owner were addressed quickly. Overall great rental for a few people and families.

In Florida there are bugs. That said, we saw and killed several roaches and palmetto bugs daily. We did report this to the owner and he said he could send traps. The house needs to be sprayed. Otherwise our stay was very nice, the house was nice and we enjoyed the pool very much.

Hey Peggy, thanks so much for staying and communicating the issues that arose during your stay. Our pest team did come out and respray the house during your stay and I offered to send traps but never heard back from you after quite a few messages I sent. In any case, we've sprayed twice this month bow and traps are also down so thank you so much for letting us know about the issue. We would be happy to have you ladies back any time.

Just what we needed

This is an amazing property. We were in town for a funeral and the owner was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. Would definitely rent again and enjoy a staycation at the home with family!

Quiet Stay

Great Place

Perfect place for our visit to Clearwater. Clean, convenient, close to many beaches and can walk to the Phillies spring training complex. Host was easily accessible and responsive when needed. Highly recommended.

Thank you! Yes, the baseball stadium is a .5 mile walk and very close to the house. No need to pay for parking if you stay here to go to a baseball game.

Great property

This house is great for family vacations! The pool was a big hit. Everything was well kept and check in and check out was so smooth. It’s a little far from attractions and the beach, but we were able to drive everyday.

The pool was enjoyed by everyone . We all noticed how clean the water was and have decided it must have been a saline-tuoe pool and not chlorine bc it was so soft!! My husband wanted to create a fun vacation for our adu daughters and their families and this was the perfect place for it. A room for each daughter and their husband/boyfriend, a room for my 3 yr old grandson and a room.foe me and my husband. We didn't have to worry about making a quick grocery store run for the "necessities" as Brad provided toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap , dishwasher detergent..and even shampoo and conditioner AND laundry soap and fabric softener. There was a variety of pool toys for my grandson to enjoy and a grill my son-in -law used to grill a few nights. We enjoyed sitting out in the screened in area outside with the pool. It was very relaxing and fun watching the cute little Florida squirrels, tiny little ones compared to our bigger Illinois squirrels. It is conveniently located , a short 20 minute drive to Clear Water beaches. We went to 3 and our favorite was the Sand Key beach. We also went to the Tampa aquarium one afternoon and took a ferry to Tortoise Island another morning. My grandson enjoyed both and was especially excited to spot a few dolphins and a tortoise during our Tortoise Island adventure. This home was perfect for my family and we created many life-long memories !

Great outdoor patio.

Our stay of 28 days was awesome. Weather permitting we spent most of our time enjoying the great patio and pool. The covered portion with television and BBQ for cooking were much appreciated. We would have reserved it again for next year but our time frame was already taken. Thank you Brad for a great vacation

Met our needs

We very much enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house could use some updates of furniture and the cleaning crew did a superficial job before we arrived.

Great place to stay

This place was perfect! Location was great close to everything only about 13 min from beaches. The house was amazing clean, setup and amenities. It was great to have the pool right off the the back porch we could listen to music or watch movies on the outdoor tv while in the pool or just sitting at the patio set. We had a party of 10 and fit comfortably. Would definitely recommend this place. We would stay again.
