Ceci est la location ultime en Floride. Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine, profitez de la véranda couverte avec 55 TV, grill, tout en profitant du meilleur temps que la Floride a à offrir. Situé à 6 km de la plage de Clearwater. Chaque restaurant, bar et magasin que vous pourriez souhaiter dans un rayon de 2 miles. Les fans de baseball adoreront assister à des matchs d'entraînement de printemps au Spectrum Field, domicile des Phillies de Philadelphie, situé à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la maison. Vous adorerez faire des souvenirs ici!

The house was as expected and generally clean, although we did find a couple of roaches. The biggest downside was that the AC could not be set below 72, which felt too warm at night in Florida. The kids had a blast in the pool, and there were plenty of pool toys for them.

We had a great time at this residence. The weather was perfect for suntans and pool time. Shopping was very close and numerous. Communications with owner were addressed quickly. Overall great rental for a few people and families.

Spacious, television in every room AND by the pool. Typical day to day items all available upon arrival. The smoke detector was letting us know the battery had died when we got there. Swift response from our contact. It was a great location, nice decor, and one bedroom/bath at the end of house for a light sleeper! We had a wonderful time.

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The owner was very responsive to any questions or needs. We would highly recommend this property.

Our stay had both positives and negatives. The host provided remarkable communication throughout the trip, which we greatly appreciated.However, the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The photos did not accurately reflect what we received, and there was no true master bedroom or master bathroom. The beds also did not seem sturdy enough to comfortably accommodate heavier guests.The pool area had a noticeable spider problem, and the pool filter was extremely dirty when I cleaned it as requested, making it appear that it had not been maintained regularly. Parking was also limited, with space for only about three vehicles.Another challenge was the temperature inside the house. It remained very hot, and the thermostat would automatically reset whenever we adjusted it, preventing us from maintaining a comfortable temperature.Overall, considering the price, we did not feel the property delivered the value we expected.

Hey Michelle, thanks for writing us a review 4 months after your stay. We are happy to finally receive the feedback. We do wish you would have brought these things to our attention during your stay so we could have addressed them. We understand that the temperature inside the home is a huge factor for our guests being comfortable which is why we allow our guests to have full access of the thermostat. If it wasn't programmed correctly to meet your needs, we could have had our team walk you through how to use it or come over to help get it at the right temperature for you. We also have a professional pool maintenance team and a property management team that would have immediately address the pool filter and spiders. We do get quite a bit of rain during the summer (that is our rainy season) so the filter gets dirtier much quicker and little friends try to find dry homes. Bedrooms and parking availability is clearly outlined in our listing but I will make sure we get that updated to make it more apparent. We do hope that the next time you stay at someone's home and you have any issues, you reach out to the host for help. We messaged you during your stay to check in on you to make sure everything was going well, and never got a response which makes us believe all is well. We truly would have loved to make things right for you.

In Florida there are bugs. That said, we saw and killed several roaches and palmetto bugs daily. We did report this to the owner and he said he could send traps. The house needs to be sprayed. Otherwise our stay was very nice, the house was nice and we enjoyed the pool very much.

Our pest team did come out and respray the house during your stay and I offered to send traps but never heard back from you after quite a few messages I sent. Just what we needed

This is an amazing property. We were in town for a funeral and the owner was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. Would definitely rent again and enjoy a staycation at the home with family!

Quiet Stay

We were looking for a quiet stay as we were in town for a funeral. The home provided the exact peace and quiet we needed. We noted some nice touches that would make a stay by families more pleasant.

Great property

This house is great for family vacations! The pool was a big hit. Everything was well kept and check in and check out was so smooth. It’s a little far from attractions and the beach, but we were able to drive everyday.

Great Place

Perfect place for our visit to Clearwater. Clean, convenient, close to many beaches and can walk to the Phillies spring training complex. Host was easily accessible and responsive when needed. Highly recommended.

Thank you! Yes, the baseball stadium is a .5 mile walk and very close to the house. No need to pay for parking if you stay here to go to a baseball game.
