• Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles (street parking unavailable)
• Exterior camera at front entry for security and cleaning quality control only
• Pool service may occur during your stay
• Pool is heated but heating performance may be affected when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F
• Pool heater is not a hot tub
Starter supplies provided include toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay. - Please note that the pool is not hot tub.
