Beautiful property with such rich history. It's is restored beautifully to be 120yrs old!The porch was beautiful sitting with coffee or drink! The square is walkable and lively with so many updates and places to take in!Bentonville is ever changing and this was a beautiful example that history can still live thru progress!

I really don’t think you can do any better. The location was so close to the square that we walked everywhere. The house was perfect for our group. The owner was very accommodating and the house was everything we read about and looked at in the app. Would definitely stay here again and encourage others to do the same!

We just loved our stay in this fabulous property. We appreciated the location--just steps from all the action in and around Bentonville Square, and we were particularly enamoured with, not only the house as a whole and its ambience, but also with the artwork, furnishings, and lighting fixtures. The bathroom was amazing and the beds very comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the Bentonville area.
For a an early October visit, we were welcomed by the fellow sitting on the porch!

Fabulous stay at wonderful location in Bentonville

We were here for a two night stay and couldn’t have been more pleased. The house is in a wonderful central location to downtown Bentonville and has terrific accommodations. Everything was great, and we definitely look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend this as an alternative to stay in in a hotel for the same price.

All of the reviews highlight the beauty of this property, but I also want to point out the location is absolutely perfect. If you’re coming here to ride your bike, you can park and not drive again until you go home.Plenty of activity in the town Square a block or two away if you want to participate, but you’re far enough away that the noise is not bothersome.Beautiful home, coolest shower I’ve ever used, the front porch is terrific for winding down at the end of the day and coffee at the beginning.Another great feature is the size of the lot. You really feel like you kind of have your own little estate for your vacation instead of a crowded hotel.You can’t go wrong staying here!

This house was just perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was so cute, and the location could not have been better. Very easy walking to the square and close to all the bike trails. It is perfect for two people. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a very relaxing stay. The house is comfortable, updated and very charming. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and hanging out with our friends. The location was perfect! Just steps away from the Bentonville square.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this home and we love it. It is in a perfect location and very nice. Toby is great to deal with and a wonderful host. We’ll definitely rebook!

In close proximity to the main square, this is a period home that has been updated and furnished well. Great desk and work area, beds upstairs were very comfortable and the upstairs bathroom was oversized with a very large walk in shower.Please note this is someone's home, so they have their own personal items, etc..We were there for the 4th of July weekend and 1st Friday so bit of noise from the main road, however, they have a noise machine, and overall slept well. Midweek and on normal weekends, would not be a factor.Recommend overall.

Perfect location for shopping, morning coffee walks, Walmart market and restaurants. Relaxing on the porch was excellent. Beautiful homes on the same street with beautiful flowers make the walks spectacular. Didn’t have a secure outdoor space for bikes and scooters but we brought a bike lock and moved our scooters inside at night. We didn’t feel something would happen if they weren’t secure but mtn bikes and electric scooters are expensive so better safe than sorry. However the location felt very safe and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The beautiful and historic home/property is so close to downtown. It was convenient to walk to all the great restaurants, shops, Walmart museum, art galleries. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Check-in was simple. Safe neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch & cozy living room. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home , walking distance to everything in downtown

We had a great weekend . The house is charming , comfortable and the location could not be any better . We were able to walk to everything in downtown Bentonville - we walked the trail to Crystal Bridges , we arrived Friday and didn’t use our car the entire weekend . It was perfect . We had everything we needed at the house . Love all the history about the house . The bathroom is epic - best shower award for sure 👌 Thank you so much , we will be back !

Wonderful house to rent for the weekend. It is only a couple walkable or rideable blocks away from Bentonville Bicycle shop, as well as right around the corner from downtown Bentonville. The House is unbelievable, it is a lovingly maintained beautiful historic house. Highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Bentonville and I hope to stay again for future trips.

Darling house a block from the Square

We stayed at this charming house the weekend of 10/7/2022-10/9/2022 and it was great. We normally stay at 21c, but it was booked. This listing is fairly new and didn’t have any reviews when we booked, but the photos and location looked so promising. So glad we took a chance. The location is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the Square, Crystal Bridges, Crepes Paulette, etc. We will definitely rebook and hope to be able to cook in the kitchen next time. The house is really nice, especially for the price point.
