Aqua Bay Villas is a spacious ocean facing home divided into four private villa suites.Dolphina is the largest suite; a two bedroom with high ceilings. An oversizedAC easily coolsthe primary bedroom with a large mahogany king bedand fans in the loft offer a breeze over thequeen bed with ocean view. Afull bath, full kitchen, breakfast island,large dining deck and pool access make this the perfect home away from home for your visit to Saint John. Dolphina easily accommodates groups of 4 and we will allow additional guests on a roll-away bed by request. With ample outdoor spaces, parking on site, and the option to rent adjoining rooms, Aqua Bay is the perfect location for a family or group get-away. Justa short walk from Cruz Bay but privatelytucked into a quiet oasis.

Lovely home in nice area.. pretty views of ocean. Easy walk to town. Beautiful main bedroom and nice loft area as well. Very private.

A Piece of Paradise in St. Johns

We brought our four grandsons for a week visit (22, 15, 13 and 10) Since we added an extra grandson, we were also offered the L'Isle Amour immediately next door. Everything was perfect -- the pool was an added plus after a hot day at the beach. Walking into Cruz Bay was close enough that they boys could go in alone. We were greeted by Dena who was so helpful the first day and subsequent ones as she answered our constant questions. Do hope to come back -- love St. Johns!!

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The unit was in good condition and was very charming. Parking was easy. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had what you needed to make basic meals. We just had a couple minor issues. The master bedroom is very, very dark. It really needs some additional lighting. The A/C worked great, so great in fact that we wished there was an extra blanket for the master bed. My only other suggestion would be a change in towels after a few days. We had 5 people and stayed 8 days and the beach towels were desperate for a wash. Aqua Bay was very well equipped with lots of beach chairs, noodles and snorkel equipment. There is a rocky beach you can walk to for snorkeling. Town is also a close walk (with some decent hills). We loved the location as we were close to everything and older kids can walk to town on their own. Pool is small but has nice chairs and a covered area. Views from the unit are great and the covered porch is huge. Overall we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great location and place to stay!!

Highly recommend. Clean, close to Cruz Bay and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor patio was amazing however lots of mosquitoes which ended up eating my daughter alive not only outside but also in the villa! My family stayed in the two bedroom and I would have given all 5 ratings except the 2nd bedroom is a loft and was too hot for my daughter to sleep in so she slept on the couch all week and ended up with lots of mosquitoes bites. The two adults however didn’t have an issue with the mosquitoes as she is prone to getting bit! Great pool area and perfect view of the ocean. Able to walk into town which was perfect since we didn’t rent a vehicle. I would stay again but would stay in the one bedroom only due to how hot the loft was!
