L'île de St John est vraiment un paradis et avec des hébergements abordables tels que Larimar, elle garantit également que St John est une destination économique. Nous avons récemment redécoré notre retraite insulaire et proposons tout juste Larimar en location.

Notre condo de deux chambres est situé à quelques pas de Cruz Bay Town dans une rue ombragée avec vue sur l'océan et les autres îles des Caraïbes à proximité.

Profitez de la vie en plein air à Larimar avec des alizés des Caraïbes qui soufflent à travers les nombreuses fenêtres entourant les chambres et le salon.

Les restaurants, les magasins, le quai des ferries et les sentiers de randonnée de Cruz Bay sont facilement accessibles à pied. De plus, Larimar est à quelques pas de la magnifique baie Frank pour prendre le soleil et profiter de la chaleureuse mer des Caraïbes.

Idéal pour les jeunes mariés, deux couples ou une petite famille.

La grande piscine commune (34 'x 8') (partagée par les 3 autres condos) a de grandes chaises longues et de nombreux espaces ensoleillés pour ramener à la maison le bronzage parfait des Caraïbes.

Les gardiens de Larimar sur l'île, Steve et Lisa, vous rencontreront personnellement au quai du ferry à votre arrivée à St. John, vous escorter à Larimar et vous donner une introduction à la propriété et à St. John.

The property was perfectly located for our stay, within a short walk to a local beach and downtown Cruz Bay. Our on-island host was incredibly responsive and the apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, including a dedicated parking space, a well-equipped kitchen, access to a pool and extras like beach chairs and water shoes.

Our stay was fabulous. The host was extremely attentive when issues arose. This is the most fully stocked Vrbo I have stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Lots of floats, etc for the water. The view is beautiful. Short walk to town. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was absolutely perfect. Patti met us there (even though we were late because of a missing bag) and showed us all around the condo and the pool area….she was great! The condo was perfect for 2 couples and we enjoyed our coffee on the deck every morning! The walk to Cruz Bay was only about 5 minutes away to all the restaurants and bars. We would return to this wonderful place again!!!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful spot with us!!

We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one will remain one of our favorites. The back deck offers a splendid view of the ocean and is a great place to relax and have dinner. The host provides plenty of towels, including beach towels, beach chairs and other beach accessories. The location is fantastic. It’s a quiet area, but still close enough to shops and restaurants and activities like Low Key diving and snorkeling guide. You can also walk to the National Park Visitor Center. We loved the beach decor in the house. It’s comfortable and air conditioned for good sleep at night. Our hostess was the most-est as well!

Everything we could reasonably expect to be supplied was supplied.Even beach chairs and SOME snorkeling equipment were supplied by this VRBO. It would have helped if we'd been told about them earlier. (We didn't find out about the snorkel gear until late in our trip, even though they were in plain sight.)The only detraction: the parking was inconvenient. We had to parallel park on the street with a concrete wall facing the passenger side of the vehicle, only inches away.With those exceptions, we found the condo very comfortable, especially when we had to retreat from the Tropical sun in the afternoons. My hat's off to the host!

Always an amazing property. The unit is well organized, the deck is awesome with a view of Turner Bay and St. Thomas in the background. The pool area is clean and has plenty of seating. We are often the only people at the pool. Patty, the host contact, is easy to work with and responsive to questions. Walking distance to Cruz Bay where there are great restaurants, bars and shops.(its a bit of an uphill climb returning to the unit). We'll be returning again next year!

Patty was great. House was clean, well stocked. Great views. Slept great. Cooked out once on the gas grill. TV works well with tons of channels. Some things need improvement: Cook top and oven don’t work well. Master bath shower barely trickles water and the hot water runs out within a couple of minutes. Takes awhile before enough hot water is available for a second shower. Many of the deck chairs and wicker furnature seats are torn and uncomfortable. The pool is difficult to get into and out of as the ladder rungs are loose and the ladder is not screwed into the side of the pool.

Excellent property with large covered porch. The breeze was great and it was so nice to have a view of the ocean. Listening to and occasionally seeing the nearby peacocks was a treat.

A great place in St John

I loved getting to stay at this condo. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk into the Cruz Bay. The condo was clean and well appointed. The pool is lovely. The view is lovely. Communication with the property manager was easeful and helpful. I would easily book this place again if I came back to St Johns

Fantastic Location and Condo!

Situated above Cruz Bay, large deck, beautiful pool. Walking disrance to town with restaurants, shops, etc. Bit of a steep walk back up from town, but well worth it. The unit is well laid out and spacious. Patty met us at the condo and was ready woth plenty of info regarding the area and island. Will be back!

Great place to stay in Cruz Bay

This villa is a lovely, quiet place to stay within walking distance to Cruz Bay. Parking spaces are there for each of the 4 units. The unit also has beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for excursions. The walk to all the restaurants and stores is about 5 minutes. The pool is lovely for a relaxing dip after the beach. Enjoy a quiet getaway with beautiful views to Frank Bay and St John.

Great place to stay!!!

Everything was amazing, very close to Cruz Bay, great for walking to all the restaurants (though be aware of some hills). The condo had everything we could need, a couple cold drinks and snacks ready for us when we arrived, beach towels were provided, even some floaties, beach chairs and a small cooler. The host truly thought of everything when stocking the house to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. The pool was amazing as well and was perfect to relax in after long days at the beach. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Truly was an amazing place to stay and helped make for an amazing trip.

Good location

Loved the fairly easy walk to Cruz Bay for access to restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo offered basic essentials for our stay. The property manager was very pleasant and responsive. We did enjoy the pool after the hot walk back from town or a day at the beach. The unit could use a little updating and TLC.

Beautiful apartment close to town

Stunning ocean view apartment! Even better than the listing. Ample space for 2 couples, beautiful balcony that you can hear the ocean from. Just a 7 min walk to Cruz Bay city center. Check in process was easy - Patti met us at the door and gave us a tour. Could not recommend this property any more highly.
