This spacious five-bedroom home provides the perfect launching pad for a group or large-family getaway in Central Florida. With tons of room to spread out over two levels – not to mention the resort-like heated pool and hot tub in the back yard – your group will never run short of fun ways to pass the time. Start the day outside on the lanai by the pool. After your coffee, jump in and do a few laps, or just splash around with the kids – why not? You’re on vacation.

When the group starts getting hungry, the chef will be able to whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space and all the gadgets they’ll need. Dine together at the formal dining table for seven, or keep it casual and grab one of the four barstools or a seat at the adjacent table for four. Even better, dine alfresco by that pool and grab a chaise lounge to relax while you digest.

After your meal, head out to explore. Theme parks? Golf? Shopping? Mini golf? All are within easy reach. When you return in the evening, relax in the central AC and adjourn to the living area upstairs for a friendly game of pool, or get cozy together in front of one of the TVs to stream your favorite shows. Keep dinner simple and send the grill master out to fire up the gas grill, or visit one of the many nearby restaurants.

At bedtime, you’ve got five comfortable rooms to choose from. Downstairs you’ll find a suite with a king bed, and en suite bathroom. Upstairs are the remaining four bedrooms, including the main suite, with a king bed, private seating area, and en suite bathroom. A queen room also features an en suite, and two fun twin rooms await for the kids. Drift off to sleep with one perfect vacation day behind you and another on tap for tomorrow.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
