Avec un vaste espace de vie et une cuisine entièrement équipée, il est parfait pour que votre grand groupe se détende et profite de la compagnie de chacun. La fabuleuse piscine avec une clôture de sécurité pour enfants, une véranda couverte, et aucun voisin arrière ne vous procure à tous plus de plaisir et de détente après une longue journée à Disney.

Cette maison est idéalement située dans le quartier populaire de Windwood Bay, un quartier de villas de luxe privées et isolées. Windwood Bay est l'endroit idéal. Il se trouve juste à côté de l'I-4 à Champions Gate, qui vous mènera à Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, des plages des côtes est et ouest, des centres commerciaux, plusieurs terrains de golf de championnat, Busch Gardens et le centre spatial. . Il a certainement le meilleur des mondes. Family vacation

The home is absolutely beautiful....but the basic needs of regular cleaning supplies was horrible....the broom mop and vacuum there are aged and should be thrown away....host never called to even check if i was able to get in if i needed anything else there were no bath rags dis rags only 1 dishwasher pod and i paid to stay for 4 days half a roll of tissue in every bathroom

I personally contact you and checked on you. multiple times. I contacted you on the day before arrival to tell you what we provide and what to expect, on the day of arrival I made sure you had everything you needed for a smooth checking in. The day after arrival I checked on you to see if anything we can assist. The day before departure I contacted you again with checkout procedure and on the day of checking out I contacted you again to thank you. You stayed for only 3 nights and I reached out to you several times. But you never responded to me. We always care our guests the best we can. Vacation rental homes in this area are all self-catering. We informed you about this and what to provide and what to expect repeatedly before you arrived. But you chose to ignore all the communications and expected everything you need would be there for your large group. This is not a hotel and you didn't pay the price for it. We highly recommend you stay in a resort hotel next time. We have been in this business for 14 years and hosted so so many happy guests. But there are always a few people who just don't care, don't read, don't communicate, just expect other people take care of everything for them. If they don't get what they want, they are quick to blame others. Sadly these people always exist to all businesses.

This home was spacious and clean. Close to all the attractions. We loved the private pool and hot tub. Great communication with the property owners. We would definitely stay here again!

I usually do not take the time to write a review, because I am never that impressed or disappointing but we sure were extremely disappointed this time. The house was as described but we had an EXTREMELY big problem with the Air conditioning. The AC is controlled by the owner and cannot be changed, the AC was set at 78! 78 for a 7bedroom huge home with over 15 guests is NOT OK! we were literally HOT some of us had to go out and buy a floor fan. It is the middle of the summer, it's Florida and we were walking around the home sweating. This is not OK as we just paid over a lot of money for 2 nights in this home, additionally I believe that if the home includes a pool and Jacuzzi why would you have to pay extra for the Jacuzzi to be heated? aren't we already paying over so much money for this rental? The home decoration did not impress me at all! very outdated, I have seen and been in better rentals

You had full control of the AC temperature!! We never lock the AC and guests can adjust the temperature anytime. We didn't set it to 78. The AC was set to 74 before your arrival. If you needed assistance, we clearly gave you the contact numbers. A simply message is all needed. But you never contacted us. Heating for the pool and spa is optional as mentioned repeatedly online and in the check-in details because some people don't use it at all, especially when the weather is hot. That's why it's optional. The price was clearly shown online and you chose this home all by yourself and you said the house was as described. We made everything clear and provided all the info needed for you to enjoy the stay. But if you didn't read the info and didn't contact us, you would definitely disappoint yourselves. People love this nice large home!

Large Space, Bad Rental

We booked this vacation rental for our annual guy trip. We are a group of middle age professional men and do an annual guy trip every year. This year we went to Orlando and chose this vacation rental on size and the photo's shown. We will state that it is a very large rental with lots of space. Upon arrival to the unit we opened the door and had a very large amount of love bugs throughout the downstairs and upstairs. We noticed that the front door allows daylight all the way around it and that the back sliding glass door would not close all the way allowing all of these bugs in. We continued to inspect the unit and found urine in the down stairs half bath, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, the upstairs towel bar in the far bedroom bath came off the wall, light bulb was burned out in downstairs large bedroom, ants all over the counters for the entire trip, top of fridge was covered in hair and some other type of debris that we could not identify, candy wrappers from previous trip under the beds of the downstairs front bedroom, blender did not work as it was seized up, trash cans outside were left full of trash even though it states in the check out procedures that this is grounds for fines, holes in screen around pool that allowed bugs to come in, low water in the pool the day we arrived with scum along all the waterline tile area, algae growing in the pool, stained carpets everywhere, severely scuffed walls, patches for holes in walls that have never been painted, backsplash coming undone behind sink, cable television did not work the entire trip. We paid for a gas grill and got to cook out on it once then it was empty. The grill also had a broken wheel and no grease drip pan. When we notified the owner of some of the problems, they were addressed immediately but we felt that for the amount paid and what was shown online, the two definitely do not match up. This is a large space but I would not rent from this owner again and would not recommend to anyone. We use VRBO every year to travel all over the country and this unit was a very poor example of what is available on VRBO

As the property owners, we are very disappointed to see this. Although the property management company admitted they missed the arrival inspection they were supposed to do and addressed all the issues immediately upon notice, we felt the issues shouldn't be there in the first place. This is NOT who we are. We don't take this lightly. So we went ahead and replaced the management company. Our new customer oriented management team is working very hard to welcome you. Please accept our sincere apologies. We guarantee this won't happen again.
