This stylish place to stay is perfect for a group and family trips. The amazing backyard to relax and grill whenever you feel like it. Located in the suburbs of Fredericksburg but close to all shopping centers and restaurants. Retreat into this newly renovated split foyer house with ample free parking.
House is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, and coffee machine. Kitchen has new utensils, rotating spice rack, and wine glasses. 2 br upstairs sharing full bathroom and 2 other bedroom in basement with another full bath. All bedrooms have premium linens.
Backyard to grill and relax.

In town for family wedding

We had a family wedding and needed a house to stay for the weekend. Great location, quiet safe neighborhood and close to everything. House is clean and has everything you need.

Nice Property

This house was perfect for what we needed it for. We had enough rooms and space to spread out but still be close to each other. Everything was clean, there were enough linens and dishes. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place for family visit

It was an overall nice place, comfortable and spacious. There were no dressers or any where to put clothes. A mirror or two upstairs in the bedrooms would have been nice. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom doors were very squeaky. Additional paper towels and Kleenex were not available. The only deceiving photo was the back yard. All of the chairs were broken. We would stay again, just some minor fixes would have made it better.

Needs a deep clean & TLC

The space worked for what we needed given the rate, but the property needs some love. The furniture is breaking down, but beds were comfy. The bedding was uncomfortable-polyester doesn’t breathe. Some of the bath towels were in great condition, but most were makeup stained or bleach stained and there wasn’t a lot extra for a longer stay. We could have used a full length mirror, more clothes hangers and a clean extra bed blanket. Pillow cases were clean but some pillows showed some funkiness and could have benefited from double pillowcases to avoid looking at stains. There were a lot of house spiders in the basement. Many were dead but my 9 yr old didn’t want to sleep in the bunk beds because of them. The basement laundry room had a musty smell coming out into the downstairs living space. When we arrived we had to unplug the glade plug in because the fragrance was way too strong throughout the house. Floors and kitchen were clean. It would be nice if there was a secondary door lock. We were not confident in the keypad lock and questioned if it was a code unique to us, but we didn’t ask the host either so that’s may be on us. Overall the space worked for the price.

Absolutely Filthy Home

What a horrible experience. We showed up to check in to a home at 4:30 pm with stained sheets, dirst and scuffs on the walls, spiders, moldy carpets and water leaking into a bedroom,food and trash on the floor and under the couch cushions. Contact the host and Vrbo and they state someone would be out at 8pm to clean the home and we wpuld be refunded the cleaning fee. I aske for a 1 night refund so we can get rest and not wait for the home to be cleaned and the host refuses. Fast forward we go back to the home and the sheets still are stained, and filthy. We did not feel comfortable staying there with the mild and water coming in through the basement bedroom so we had to stay at a hotel the rest of our stay. I contacted Vrbo and the host again to express my concerns and they stated that the mold water and filth were acceptable things and they would not be refunding our stay

Family get together

This is a very nice, clean and updated split foyer home. It was the perfect location for my family get together. All 3 of my kids and their families live very close by. My parents came down from Michigan, thous the reason for this trip. We all had a great time.
