River Rock Villa is a private riverfront estate in Fredericksburg, Virginia set on six wooded acres with direct access to more than 4,000 acres of protected Rappahannock River conservation land. The estate offers exceptional privacy, private river trails, and uninterrupted natural surroundings.

The 40-foot infinity-edge pool is constructed with layered natural stone and limestone, designed to reflect the materials and permanence of the surrounding land. Waterfall spillways and an integrated slide provide recreation without overpowering the landscape.
