Netflix Adjacent Hollywood Modern w/ Views!

Enjoy copious outdoor decks in an ultra moden apartment in the Hollywood Studio district. You'll wake to views of the Hollywood Sign and have cocktails on the deck watching the twinkling views of the city. Perfect entertaining showpiece. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, but really better for power couple or single because of the configuration. Families welcome, of course.

You will have access to the entire apartment. This spread across 3 floors + a rooftop deck. This apartment has a beautiful modern staircase that runs up through the unit. To access your private rooftop deck we have a safety ladder/steps with railing for you to climb up and overlook Hollywood.

Located in the heart of the Hollywood Studio District, you are close to restaurants, clubs, museums, shops and transit.

Furniture may vary slightly from photographs. Due to the nature of hosting - on occasion items get damaged and we replace them. We try to replace them as close as possible to the prior piece but due to availability it may slightly vary. We appreciate your understanding!
No parties, which means a gathering of more than 10 people on the property.
We adhere strictly to LA law, which means no amplified music or noise which would disturb neighbors after 10pm. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and forfeiture of the security deposit, we strictly enforce this.

INCREDIBLE View!

First and foremost, this property was beautifully renovated, and the property manager was very responsive whenever we had an issue, which was not often. The only issues were the back and front gate not working. However, in a blink of an eye, the maintenance came out to fix it! The location was fabulous and the view was amazing from the rooftop! It was just a block away from Hollywood Blvd. If ever we were to come back we would definitely stay again! We loved our time here with our family!

Where to begin? A terrible end to a lovely holiday. Was told the place had secure parking with garage and gated area however garage was full of rubbish so couldn't be used and the gated area was on a code system which didn't work and left open! Messaged the owner on arrival and told it's been broken for a while and hadnt been sorted yet. After I stressed on the phone and via whatsapp for 45 minutes that the reason for choosing the property was due to wanting somewhere safe to store a motorcycle and car, they sent a maintenance man to come and have a look. No communication beforehand that it didn't work else I'd of looked elsewhere. Location is just next to a gas station which has an alleyway where drug users and homeless congregate. (To clarify, my family and I stayed in Venice the week before and that was much more friendly even with the current homeless issues in LA). To top it off, I witnessed the neighbour that stayed next door come onto his balcony and pisd onto my motorbike and car!

Fantastic

This was our first trip to LA, and what better way to spend it being a block away from HOLLYWOOD!! The property was beautiful clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

We were in town to attend a concert at The Greek Theater, it was a great location to drive or walk to many things.

Couples getaway

Nice, new, clean space. The only drawback is that there isn’t a living room. The only couch is in the bedroom with the tv. The rooftop is awesome once the sun goes down and it cools off. Comfortable furniture and a gas firepit. LOTS of stairs although we were all in our 60’s. Probably better for younger folks. Great stay though plus plenty of parking.

Nice place that fell short .

Floors very dirty , no broom , a roll of paper towels and salt and pepper would of been a nice gesture. Needed an extra sheet and pillow . Location was perfect for us . The roof deck needs a good power washing , and some bistro lighting ..

Beautiful place, we loved the view and weather. Everything was almost perfect. If we're ever in area will rent again. Only down fall, so many stairs.

Trip to Hollywood

Based in a great location for easy access to everything we needed. Steps away from walk of fame, the underground, and many other things we needed. Loved the BBQ on the roof. We spent nights relaxing with adult beverages and grilling . Nice views also
