Adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home just off of Main Street in Weaverville. Modern and cozy at the same time, it is perfect for the family that has someone challenged by stairs. As you enter the front door you find the kitchen dining room and main living area with a smart TV. There is a full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a large covered back porch. Downstairs there is another living area with a smart TV, two bedrooms, a full bath, a small outside deck, and the washer and dryer.
Beds downstairs are a queen in one room and a trundle day bed within a twin up top and a twin below. There is dedicated private parking for two vehicles directly out the front door.

It was a very comfortable, fairly new property in a nice neighborhood that was convenient to family members. Also easy to find and close to stores and downtown Weaverville. We'll try to stay there again!!

The host was great in communicating and answering all questions and requests. Check in instructions were prompt and clear. The hope was very clean and came with coffee fr the morning and some condiments. We did not use any of the appliances. Look forward to visiting again and renting this property. Highly recommended.

Spotless and Quiet!

The home is spacious and clean. For the four of us it was a perfect size and exactly located where we needed to be. Easy access to our event in Jupiter and to Asheville for shopping and fun. The little work out room was a fun surprise-thank you! The hosts were responsive and accessible. Only critique is the front door that swings all the way open exposing a stairwell immediately to the left of the doorway. I would suggest some kind of door stop for safety. For small kids, elderly, or visually impaired. Thank you I would definitely stay here again.

This home is squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and has a beautiful deck looking out onto the trees. It is private yet close to stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Best Rental I have had in YEARS

I stayed a month in the cottage while looking for a house. The location was perfect, the community quiet and friendly, and the accommodations like home. Willow and John have the kitchen well stocked and are easily available if there's a question or concern. It is less than a mile walk to the main street stores and eateries plus the property is backed up to a wooded area that is habitat for many birds. I wanted to stay another month but the cottage is booked through the summer. I highly recommend the cottage if you are wanting a safe, home-like, and nature-oriented stay in Weaverville.

Family getaway

Nice home with separate living areas for adults. Cozy and well equipped. High chair and pack and play for families with little ones! Close to quaint Weaverville! Hosts are very communicative!

Girlfriend Reunion

5 Lillie Farm is an adorable home away from home. The 5 of us and our dog had a wonderful time here. We especially loved the back deck. Easy walk down to the cute downtown area with plenty of dining options and just a short drive to a great grocery store.

Wedding stay

The property was close to Asheville and the wedding venue. But Weaverville is a cute town on its own! The Peloton Cottage was perfectly appointed, and convenient to all. We loved the four pages worth of recommendations written by the owners specific to our visit. We used many of the recommendations, and were not disappointed. And the thoughtfulness of bottle of wine welcoming us was a very pleasant surprise. Plus it went well with our take out pizza from Blue Mountain Pizza! We highly recommend this cottage!

Beautiful well appointed house

The owner was very helpful with questions before and during the stay. The property was pristine and everything worked properly. The house is conveniently located in Weaverville and close drive to Asheville as well.
