Fully equipped pet friendly home 3 blocks from the heart of historic St. Andrews where you will find the Marina and Oaks by the Bay Park along with plenty of restaurants, live music and bars. It is also a 5 minute drive to Harrison Ave., the "main" street of Panama City with more restaurants, events and a brewery. It is a 16 minute drive to St. Andrews State Park for those who want some beach time. Avoid the traffic and crowds and vacation with the locals. Bring your bikes, a major bike lane runs right in front of the house. We provide beach towels and an ice chest for those traveling light. We also provide an electric fish fryer and an outside covered table to cook your fresh catch. Although this listing is new, we are not new to providing vacation opportunities in Bay County. Great house for our family trip!

Great house with all the comforts of home while we were here on vacation. The fenced back yard was really nice and spacious for our little dog too. We all enjoyed this place so much!

Great Location

Walking distance to the bay, restaurants and park. Great fenced in back yard with grass for dogs. Within 3-5 miles to most stores/restaurants. Could not ask for a better host! Enjoyed our 3 week stay!

Quiet neighborhood

Quiet Neighborhood, quaint area and easy to walk to many food places. Nice park close by you can walk too with a more than 300 years old. Loved the area would stay in this house again.

Fantastic location for us

This house was great! It had everything we needed in a vacation location! Our dog loved the big fenced in back yard. Things like the instant hot water/ comfortable beds/quite area/ and being close to the places we love made this house even better! We will be back!

Family vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a place away from all the spring break craziness and found it. Two blocks from the bay, where there was good food and music. The property was clean, spacious and loved that the backyard was fenced in so our toddlers could play outside, they love the outdoors. We even had a visitor from the neighbors sweet and lovable orange kitty.

Family Visit

This charming house was perfect for family visits. Three good size bedrooms with nice closets. The kitchen was socked with all the tools and cookware needed. The backyard was nicely fenced in for our golden retriever. walking distance to dog park and great restaurants. We would stay again.

Perfect escape

We were very comfortable in this cute home. Dogs were happy, also. Nice front lawn, but back yard could stand some improvement...grass cut and added color. Was still pleasant. Nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the park and bay. If you want a quiet setting away from the crazy beach, this is your escape. Plenty to do and places to eat. Great landlord! park and bay.

Clean and comfortable

This was our second trip to this home! We absolutely love this area and house. The historic St Andrews Bay Area is just a short 5 min drive (if that) and very walkable if you’re in to that. Lots of restaurants, bars, and a few shops. Of your wanting quite and laid back then this area is for you. The house, has a fenced in back yard for kiddos or pets to safely play. 3 very comfortable bedrooms with big TV’s and 2 full bathrooms, big dining room table, Full kitchen and living area. It’s the perfect place.

Work/play weekend

I'm from Pensacola but lived in Panama City for over 20 years. My husband and I have a beach front rental and decided to convert this home into short term as well. We have managed short term rentals for over 15 years.

The St. Andrews area has become a destination and more so every year. There is nowhere here that has such a high concentration of restaurants, bars, and live music. Add in the Marina and being very bike friendly we felt this property would be very attractive to those vacationing in this area. It is the kind of place we would stay.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Walking distance to Beck Avenue and all the entertainment there. Also, pet friendly with a decent size back yard.
