Welcome to our quaint 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom house with a living room, dining area, kitchen, game room and spacious yard. Fire up the pit outside or cozy up to the fireplace in the living room! Walking distance to beautiful Northville Village and a 5 min drive to Great Lake Sacandaga. Cozy up to a fire in the living room or hang outside at the fire pit, our home is great for a family getaway or couples. 15 minute drive from Lapland Lake, 63 miles to Cooperstown, 25 miles from beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs & 37 miles from Lake George and Queensbury.

Fall Fishing trip to Northville
The residence was extremely clean and comfortable and the host very informative and accommodating. It served as the perfect base for a weeklong fishing trip with my son and grandson. The location provided convenient access to all parts of Great Sacandaga Reservoir and the lower Adirondack lakes to the north. As a base Northville provide convenient access to several excellent restaurants and a quick side trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Welcoming Home in a Small Town
The property is roomy, but cozy, with all the amenities you would need. It was well equipped with plenty of linens, as well as a kitchen stocked with all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans needed for your stay. There is also a fun game room with a ping pong table, arcade and games. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. Joe was an awesome host, very easy to communicate with, and accommodating to our needs. The town is small, but has some cute stores and restaurants, as well as a supermarket, all within walking distance. Both Saratoga and Lake George are about 50 minutes away. I highly recommend this home!

Great Getaway
We have been staying in Northville for one week every Summer and Joe’s house was one of the best. Joe is a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and clean inside. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Plenty of space and amenities for our three generation group of eight! Love the village and proximity to the Northampton beach, Saratoga and Lake George.

We're the Caps' family from Long Island, NY. We purchased this home in beautiful Northville, NY early in 2021. We picked Northville after 1 trip to the area but I (Joe) have been coming up since I was a kid with friends that have a house in the park across the lake. Our children range from 22 to 11 and we are so happy to be in the area and share our get-a-way with our friends and guests. My wife Melissa and I prefer the warm weather over the cold but many of our friends love to stay and take advantage of all winter has to offer in the Adirondacks.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

There are many beautiful homes to choose from in the area... Why us? I think that for a group of 6 or less, our home has a great variety of fun to keep you busy during our stay. We have a smoke free home (inside), but why not enjoy a cocktail and a stoogie on the porch or gather around the firepit my younger son and I built in the yard and make some smores! We have oversized Jenga and everything you need for Cornhole stocked up in the mud room. Rather hang inside?? Hit the game room with an arcade machine that has 17000+ games that range from Atari 2600 all the way to the 2010s consoles.
