This was our third year staying at Diamond Beach Resort. We always have a great time. However, it was our first year in this unit. The TV’s are old and you cannot stream anything. The master bedroom light didn’t work, the living room recliner was broken, the hall tub faucet was broken and the ice/water machine was broken. They did leave a small ice maker on the counter. We will be back but not in this unit.

The overall amenities at the diamond beach resort were excellent. Pool and lazy river were super clean and water was warmer than expected. The game room was a nice surprise for the kids and it is a one minute walk to the beach and endless shoreline view from the condo. The condo has the potential to be an amazing place to stay with three bedrooms to fit any big families needs. Unfortunately, there were many broken or not working features in the condo itself including; ice maker on fridge, washing machine, kitchen stove top was cracked, toilet paper holder was broken, shower handle was broken, leather recliner was broken, and blinds were falling off the wall. If a little TLC is spent on this condo it will be another place I plan on staying again.

Great place to stay. Everyone in our party from our 10 year old son to my 78 year old dad had a great time. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. While at the pool Greg noticed us trying to find the best way to get our dad into the lazy river & brought out a pool lift for us. The bar staff was great especially Rady he made sure everyone was taken care of & made great drinks. Large pool & a great lazy river with swim up bar. While there are no restaurants on site they did offer food trucks on the weekend which was great along with live music at the pool. Amazing ocean view. No private beach but easy access to the public beach very close by. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Facility was very nice but our unit was lacking normal maintenance ( lights that didn’t work, mold all over the outside of doors and windows and we was only allowed 2 keys/fobs for a 3 bedroom unit with 3 couples. We were told it only cost the owners 25 for another key fob but a renter was able to purchase it.

The condo was clean. We have stayed at the Diamond beach condos every year for 10 years. Sometimes multiple times a year. We have never stayed in this particular condo and never will again. The AC did not function properly and it was barely cool. The fridge leaked onto the kitchen floor the whole time. The dryer worked sometimes. There was bare minimum of kitchen supplies and all the dishes were glass on tile floors. Nothing plastic in the kitchen except for large spoons but no spatula and only salt and pepper were offered. No shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. The condo was for 8 people but did not offer 8 towels and no beach towels. No response to complaints. Not a great effort on the rental company part.

Family Vacation

This was a great location for a family vacation. The property was amazing with so much to do. We found ourselves wishing we had a couple more days to experience even more of what it had to offer. I would definitely recommend staying at Diamond Beach.

Perfect view!

The condo is beautiful inside and out. The view is spectacular, and the amenities are plentiful. It was too cool and windy for us to use the 300 foot pool or the lazy river, but I'd consider coming back to this unit. We were very pleased.

Spring Break '24

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was warm and inviting with enough space for all of us to have our own downtime. The balcony gave us an amazing view of the gulf and we spent a lot of time out there. Would recommend this property to others who want a comfortable, clean space with a great view for vacation!

Absolutely loved the condo and area. However, the patio sliding door is extremely difficult to open. The master bathroom shower is very confusing. Called maintenance and it was installed backward.

Excellent accomodations

This condo was beautiful. The only "problem" was that the sliding glass door leading to the balcony was hard to open and made a whistling noise. There were extremely high winds on those days, though. It was decorated very nicely and had all the items we needed (except tissues). We would definitely stay here again.

The View!

This unit had the most amazing view! We loved the amenities the property had to offer and really enjoyed our time there. Hoping to come back in the summer when the slide is open and the pools are a little warmer.
