We were very disappointed with our stay at this condo. When we arrived, we were told it had been cleaned, but it clearly had not. There were dirty sheets left around, crumbs on the floors and counters, and the whole unit felt unsanitary. The refrigerator wasn’t the best — our food wouldn’t stay cold at all — and none of the apps on the TV worked, which was frustrating for our family. For the price we paid, we expected a clean and fully functional space, and this experience fell far below our expectations.

Love the property this wasn’t out first stay and I’m sure will not be out last. We love the pool and lazy river just wish the cleaning lady did a bit of a better job the washer had a lot of mold in the ring and the last night a huge water bug / roach ran across the stove was glad we were checking out the next am. Also be sure to check what all is provided the last couple of stays we had plenty of beach towels and towels in general for the pool so I didn’t pack any and this time there was one towel per person. Again as I said we will still continue to go just a bit more picky about which unit we rent. The views are absolutely stunning.

Nicely decorated, except for all the rust peeling off the metal peacock on the balcony and littering it. Very attractive furnishings, except for the torn up and dirty rattan furniture on the balcony. Several items (blender, remote control, thermostat, door knobs with bolts too short to use, balcony door, garbage disposal, living room clock) were either broken, didn't work, or otherwise not usable. We LOVE Diamond Beach, and the view from this balcony was awesome, but won't stay in this particular unit again.

Oh my gosh, our whole family loved the place, and it was so accommodating, the beds are very comfortable and the view is wonderful! The amenities are so nice. We are going to book again soon. I really recommend you stay here!

The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment. Everyone was very friendly. The beach is just off to the side of the resort so when you are looking off the balcony you see a parking lot and then the ocean. But this really was not an inconvenience for us. The pool area and lazy river were very nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again

Amenities are not as advertised. No access to balcony, appliances didn’t work as supposed to. Outdoor pool water was so cold kids couldn't enjoy.

Lovely weekend away

This is such a beautiful property. Its on the water (no road between you and water), has beautiful pools with hot tubs, a lazy river, beach access, a spa, game room, and balconies overlooking the gulf. The only thing I wish we had had was the bar to be open, but we went in mid-March sooooo not an optio .The weather was still cool just like I like it. The property is in the best location right past the seawall and still so close to everything. Doordash even delivers! We loved the condo, it was beautiful.
