The condo was gorgeous and comfortable. The resort is amazing. We have been staying there for over 12 years. My only feedback is that the front desk staff was not hospitable and the host was a challenge to communicate with.

Hot water was very limited.The king bed was sunken in the middle my lower back is still recovering. We had an issue with the sliding glass door it was not resolved while we were there. This is our 4th stay we love Diamond beach condos this one was just less than we have been used to in the past.

Everything was great except for handle on sliding door leading to balcony was not on. It was left on counter and was never replaced after several calls were made. Very disappointed that we could not enjoy balcony.

Great condo! Well stocked and very comfortable. We loved the covered parking and loading and unloading was very easy. 4th floor is great because the game room, spa, and gym are on that floor. (We did notice the bunk beds were needing some attention.) We will definitely be back!

Nice place.

The property was very nice and clean. The only complaint I have is the check out time was 10am with no option for a late checkout. Most hotels check out is at least 11am.

Blue Haven is amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Check out at 10am is early in my opinion. But it was overall a spectacular weekend at a beautiful property!

Landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful pool and lazy river. Game room on 4th floor along with an amazing gym. Rooms are nice, but the primary bedroom in a 3 bedroom unit has NO closet. All in all our granddaughters had a wonderful time . They loved being in the lazy river after dark!

Relaxing

It was a great place to stay for a family. Our kids loved the indoor pool and game room. We were only able to swim in the outdoor pool once as the water was freezing so it had to be pretty hot out to enjoy it. The condo was a good location, not right in the heart of Galveston but close. Would recommend!!

The property was beautiful, location was great and the facilities, pool hot tub absolutely beautiful and very well maintained, this was our second time staying at Diamond beach and we love it. The condo was quite nice the only downside was the owner response to questions and/or request was either slow or none at all. Luckily we were able to adjust our plans with no adverse effects.
