We’re sorry that your vacation experience didn’t meet your expectations.We strive to maintain our 5 star excellence rating as a premiere host with full transparency in our listing and have done so since 2017. However, it appears you have left a bad review in retaliation after being charged for incidentals and damages after your extremely late departure. Leaving the home 4 hours late caused the scheduled cleaning crew to be cancelled on us. Unfortunately, along with those delays you left the property in complete disarray. Additional cleaning and maintenance was necessary to restore the property to its original state for the next guest that was to arrive that evening. It took two cleaning crews ($$$$) to expedite the cleaning and repairs needed. Additional linens needed to be purchased. All claims have photo documentation. Secondly, our rental agreement is required by the City and County and is available for public viewing on our listing and is sent upon acceptance of payment. The house rules are a standard in vrbo properties and are accepted by the guest before the reservation is placed and payment is processed. And thirdly, we offer smaller parties a discount with our base rate. We offer the guest flexibility to choose what they want to pay for and customize their vacation by adding additional guests and amenities to there reservation. All reservations are made by you the guest with the ability to adjust the price as you choose your vacation amenities and is based on the number guests. All charges and fees are clearly listed at the time of booking and sent in a confirmation along with a copy of the accepted rental agreement. All documentation was in your possession for three months prior and at the time of booking. If you had any regrets, You had over 30 days to cancel your booking with a FULL REFUND. Finally, we had 5 star reviews both directly before and after your stay. All maintenance concerns you have mentioned were addressed if needed. The client did tell us they had trouble opening one of the couch beds. We went to assist within 20 minutes but the guest never answered. It took 2 minutes the next morning in a follow up visit to adjust the mattress that had gotten jostled when it was closed. She put disposable silverware in dishwasher, so it jammed the dishwasher.Water pressure is city regulated
