Located 1.5 easy miles to Notre Dame - two left turns and you're on Campus!

Fully renovated, the home offers three large bedrooms, two sparkling-clean full baths, living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen.

It also features a large backyard with a privacy fence, deck, BBQ, outdoor dining, and fire table.

The home comfortably accommodates six people

HOME LAYOUT:

Two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor with a shared full bathroom.

The third bedroom is located on the main floor with a shared full bathroom.

Also on the main floor is the living room with a 55" 4K OLED TV, dining room that seats six and large, fully appointed kitchen.

The home sits on a double city lot and the backyard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence so plenty of privacy and room for entertaining outside.

Please note we do not permit smoking or vaping inside the property or parties.

Fun ND Visit

This lovely, welcoming home was the perfect spot for us to share a weekend with some friends on their first ND football experience! I only wish we had had more time to enjoy the wonderful backyard. Great house and location and host

Excellent place to stay with everything you could ever need. House was clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting about around the fire celebrating an Irish win. Hope this is available for our next trip to South Bend.

Notre Dame weekend

Was in town for ND football and the Cherish Her Name celebration. Location and property was excellent. Home was well maintained and supplied. Host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend for rental. Our group of 4 was very happy with the accommodations.

Perfect!

The house was clean and cozy, and in a nice neighborhood/safe location. The home itself was equipped with everything you could possibly need (soaps, shower essentials, face wipes, sunscreen, first aid kit, fully stocked kitchen, etc., etc). The owners truly went above and beyond to make us feel like their guests, leaving several little welcome treats for us and the kids to enjoy. The owners were very responsive, and check-in/check-out was seamless. We would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend this house to anyone visiting ND or the South Bend area.

Great ND weekend get-a-way!

To begin with, the photos and description of this placed does not do it justice at all! It is much nicer and much roomier than is described. The hosts were super accommodating with the check in process, they even set out pastries and a bottle of wine for our arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped for any cooking that you needed to do! The location was wonderful, very secluded from the main road, and the back yard was very large. The back patio and yard was a plus that was not highlighted on the description. The home in 1.4 miles from ND stadium. We walked there and back for the night game that we attended and had no issues at all. The drive to the bookstore was under 5 minutes. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful home away from home

We could not have been more pleased. Top to bottom, Chip and Dale provided every comfort imaginable. From extra toiletries in the bathroom to a fully stocked kitchen (including a frozen pizza), this house is truly a home away from home. Two bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom, charming living and dining area and another wing off the kitchen with a bedroom / bathroom allowed us to enjoy quality time together . From coffee on the front porch to evening drinks in the spacious backyard, the house allowed all the ability to experience a welcome respite from the football weekend. The backyard had a deck, two seating areas, a gas grill and a blackstone grill. Don't miss the opportunity to spend a weekend here, you will not regret it.

Location, Location, Location. The house is1.5 easy miles from Notre Dame campus and situated in Coquillard Woods. A charming, upper-middle-class residential neighborhood adjacent to Morris Park Country Club. The double lot provides an exceptionally large back yard for outdoor grilling and entertainment. The inside is spacious and charming with all the amenities of home. There's a neighborhood gas station/convenience store around the corner and walking distance to the Skillet Restaurant known throughout the community for their broasted chicken and polish dinners. Both perfect tailgating foods!
