It checks all the boxes.Host is great, location can’t be any better and everything is as advertised/shown are top ones.Often the internet doesn’t truly reflect actual conditions, but not true here.We came from Lancaster County PA for the AC/DC concert.I highly recommend this host & property.

The house held all 7 of us comfortably. They had everything there that we needed. A great location not far from ND campus, and a short drive to restaurants. We had a great stay.

We traveled for a family wedding at ND with our 7 adult children and the spouses of 3 of them for a total of 12 adults. Location was perfect! Hosts are excellent communicators and their home is clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained and equipped. The home and yard accommodated all of us very well overall for cooking, eating , showering and game playing. The only room that was hard to use was the bunk bed room. We made do for the short stay but It was challenging for adults to move around within the room and all luggage had to be kept in another room. No bedside surfaces for cell phones, glasses, etc. .The room is cute and small kids would love it but I would not suggest it for adult guests. All other bedrooms and sleeping areas were perfect. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and highly recommend this host and their welcoming property.

The property was great. It looked exactly like the photos, no catfishing! Travis was an exception host. Gracious, accommodating and very responsive to my issues and questions. We were in town for a funeral and wanted a comfy place to retreat to during that heavy emotional week. Could not be happier. Would highly recommend this owner and his property.

We were in for a football game. Fantastic location that is an easy walk to Notre Dame stadium. House looked exactly like the photos. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for a larger group. We would absolutely stay here again. Host has stocked the house with plenty of coffee and other essentials.

The home owner has thoughtfully anticipated everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable, home was very clean, towels and bedding were in excellent condition, and just the heated floors in the basement ensuite makes me want to return! We were in town for my grandson's hockey tournament and to celebrate our family Christmas. Eight adults and 3 kids under 8.

A This was a fantastic rental home. Very short walk to campus (literally hard to be closer), clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were great communicators and went above and beyond helping organize a couple large item deliveries for the dorm move-in process. Cannot recommend highly enough.
