Exactement ce que vous cherchiez, Tidewater est un hÎtel de premiÚre classe, et oui, nous sommes sur la plage et pas seulement sur la plage! Un condo au 1er étage avec balcon panoramique donnant sur la piscine de plus de 4 000 pieds carrés avec bar Tiki et jacuzzi. Cette unité est à l'extrémité est du condo afin que vous puissiez profiter à la fois des levers et des couchers de soleil! Quel endroit parfait. Tout cela sans entendre aucun bruit de la piscine à cause des portes en verre coulissantes isolées trÚs bien faites.

The property was super clean and nice. The location was great. Pool was beautiful. Furniture could use some updates and the kitchen needs a spatula and definitely needs some new cookware.

When I seen a condo on the first floor I didn’t think twice and booked it! The condo was clean and well maintained. The headboard on the bed in one of the rooms moves when you move while laying on the bed but it wasn’t anything that bothered us too much, just something to note if you are a light sleeper, could probably be remedied with a simple fix. Also the pillows are a bit flat in the same room. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this space and will look into booking further stays with this rental service!The resort itself definitely needs to have some things fixed (examples - the elevators are horrible, the pedestrian lights to cross front beach rd did not work the entire 5 night stay, etc) but these are beyond the condo rental services control.

The property was older but nice. The condo really needs to update the furniture throughout. We would have been interested in reserving next year, but the living room furniture is very worn out. We enjoyed staying on the first floor though. I unfortunately came into dirty socks laying in the kitchen area. And swim trunks on the balcony. Not particularly what you would expect with the money I paid to rent it. Also never been in a condo with roach baits throughout and every where. I have been renting for over 30 years and never came across that. Overall liked the location.

Girls Trip 2025

The location of the property was perfect. Although the unit was clean,feel like it is time for a sofa update and new mattress's. We were very excited to be near the pool. As it turned out, it was not so pleasant. There were lots of people with loud speakers at the pool. Lots of people smoking and vaping. Ignoring all the rules.

Spring Break with family

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Tidewater and our first time in this specific condo. We loved it! We have a special needs son, so being on the 1st floor was a huge help with not having to wait too often for the elevators! There was so much space throughout the condo that we didn’t feel crammed together at night to watch the March Madness games. There are a lot of things to do within walking distance and even taking our vehicle out to dinner was good because there are a lot of shops and places to eat that aren’t too far. We had a wonderful time here!

Three generations girls’ trip

Grand mom, daughters and granddaughters had a great time at this property. Plenty of space for all 8 of us. Property is close to anything you need or want to do. We would definitely rent here again.

Great place, great views, lots of stuff for the family to do!

This is an awesome property. We selected a busy weekend and had to deal with some longer than expected waits at the elevators. At the end of the day, we enjoyed days of relaxation at the beach, pool S, etc. We will be back!

Tidewater Resort

Would have been really nice if the resort itself would have heated outdoor pools, shame they have these 2 huge outdoor pools that were colder than the ocean itself and this tiny indoor pool for everyone to cram into just to swim. Condo was spacious, fully loaded with beach chairs, beach toys, shovels and boogie boards! Condo rental is managed by family and they kept in touch just to make sure there wasn't anything we didn't need. They were willing to come right away when I advised them of a minor issue, nothing major just knobs loose and a cabinet door falling off but other than that the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay :)
