We had two families, 4 adults and 5 kids, down for a baseball tournament. The house was clean and spacious, plenty of room for everyone to gather together, but also spread into their own spaces when needed. Beach is an easy 3 minute walk, it was never crowded for us. We had a couple small issues, host was super responsive and were there within a hour to help resolve. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in PCB.

Lovely house so close to the beach. Only suggestion would be maybe add some wall hangings so the noise doesn’t echo so much. We have several young children so it felt very echoey. We really enjoyed our stay, the proximity to the beach and our conference at Laguna. The kitchen and linens were very well stocked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had three different families staying in this house. It was the perfect size for us all. The house was kid friendly, meaning there weren't breakable items everywhere. A few issues with the house: the floors were disgusting. Day one of us being in there our feet were black and our kids legs were black from crawling. Bring a Brita water dispenser because the water dispenser in the fridge had mold in it. Lastly the dryer was old and took forever to dry even just a few clothes. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again as long as those issues get addressed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PCB. The house's location was just minutes from the beach and a short drive to grocery stores in either direction. We would definitely stay again.

The house was in a great location and was clean. The only complaint would be the nicks and gouges in some of the drywall but I understanding it is a rental!Would definitely rent here again and would recommend for families.

Overall the property looked exactly like the photos. Definitely could use some paint touch up and cabinet work. The check in was smooth and the communication was great and efficient. If you are a larger family I would definitely recommend bringing extra washcloths! We were doing laundry EVERY DAY! To insure we had clean towels and washcloths to come back to. They provide 1 washcloth and 2 towels per person, but with a larger family they don’t last long. Especially for longer stays. The property was clean to the naked eye but there are roaches inside the property which I was not a fan of. And not the water bugs from outside! German house roaches. As a larger family we typically cook a lot when on vacation, but this property does not have the proper pots and pans to do so, just something to be mindful of. We did ask if there was a grill there and was told no, not a huge deal as we bought one at the local Walmart. The location was easily the biggest pro to the property. The beach is closer than 5 minutes away and a ton of shopping opportunities close as well! The pier was also just a short 15 minutes away drive! The place was great but not ideal if you’re planning to spend time in the property a lot.

Great stay during our football tournaments

This is our second stay in this house for our stay during the homeschool national football tournaments! Perfect location close to where the team stays, easy walk to the beach and great layout!
