Le Coconut Grove Beach House est à seulement quelques pas du sable blanc et des magnifiques eaux vert émeraude. A 3 min à pied dans une rue calme et vous êtes à la plage!Le Coconut Grove Beach House est à quelques minutes des meilleurs restaurants, danses, charters en bateau et jet ski
Notre maison dispose de quatre chambres spacieuses, de trois grandes salles de bains et demie et d'une piscine privée. Les chambres sont situées aux deux premiers étages. Il y a aussi un loft spectaculaire au troisième étage avec un bar, une TVHD à écran plat de 42 pouces, une causeuse avec une terrasse panoramique de 450 pieds carrés avec une table à manger extérieure. Le mobilier est conçu avec le meilleur du luxe de la Floride à l'esprit et pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 14 personnes.

Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée, et des matelas et des draps de qualité supérieure pour un séjour relaxant. Cette maison pourra accueillir confortablement 4 couples et 4 célibataires. Il y a 4 téléviseurs HD à écran plat dans toute la maison avec Netflix, Hulu et Amazon disponibles. Il y a des comptoirs en granit dans toute la maison, des appareils en acier inoxydable et des planchers de bois franc. Cette maison spacieuse comprend des plafonds de 10 à 14 pieds. Internet sans fil est inclus dans les frais de location.

Nous travaillons très fort pour que votre séjour soit la meilleure expérience que vous puissiez vivre année après année. 50% de nos locations sont maintenant des clients réguliers car ils savent que notre maison sera bien entretenue et propre à leur arrivée. Nos nettoyants ont des instructions spécifiques pour s'assurer que toutes les surfaces de la cuisine et de la salle de bain sont hygiéniques et pas seulement propres. Nous utilisons le nettoyant Clorox sur toutes les surfaces de salle de bain et de cuisine. Semelle en pin pour sols carrelés. Huile d'amande pour les surfaces en bois dur et Windex pour le verre et les miroirs. Nos clients reviennent car ils peuvent compter sur nous.

À quelques pas des célèbres plages de sable blanc poudreux. Le Coconut Grove Beach House est situé sur le côté sud de Thomas Dr., pas de rues animées à traverser pour se rendre à la plage! Coffre-fort pour les familles marchant vers et depuis la plage et à quelques mètres de St. Andrews State Park, un quart de mile de la marina, et le capitaine. We really enjoyed our stay here. The initial view when you pull in is of the swimming pool, which the kids were very excited about. Everything is nicely appointed, very clean, and the washer and dryer are Speed Queen, which we LOVED.

Birthday/Labor Day get away,the pool perfect.I communicated with the owner about all the issues.I highly advise taking current pictures.It served its purpose and we always have a great time when we come to PCB.The deck is a trip hazard, screws backed out and wood rot from the sun.I will book again if its deep cleaned and no leaks or mildew smell.

We always appreciate our customers reviews even when they are not the best. I wish that Christy had said something about the mildew smell. We were just there two weeks ago and did not smell anything. We do have a humidifier in the house and it may have been turned off which is a concern to me. Wev work very hard to make sure that our guests have the best experience possible.

There are very few homes within a block of the beach with a pool in PCB. I used to own a condo right on the beach but it took 30 minutes to get to the beach or parking. Now its just 10 seconds for parking and two minutes to the beach.

Family Beach Home

This beach home was absolutely perfect for my family. Short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants near by. We also cooked several meals and had everything that we needed. Definitely recommend for families that want to stay on a quieter end of Panama.

The Beach House was beyond perfect ! Very roomy and very nicely decorated and furnished! Loved it

This was by far the best family vacation we have had. Having our own house and pool made all the difference in our experience and we can't wait to go back next year. It was like we were living in our dream world. The accomadations were perfect.

Cozy place to stay!

Location is key, easily accessible to public beach and right off the main road. Home is spacious and is as described. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood - other than the traffic on the main road. Owner makes himself available to help with any need, keeps good communication.

July 4th Week

This property was prefect for our family vacation. Dee was very helpful and provided excellent communication before and throughout the stay. Close enough to the beach if you had to walk back to the house for anything. Very quiet and away from all the traffic. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, look no further than this property right here.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was amazing, perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the beach was very short. We also loved eating lunch on the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here! The property owner was easy to get in touch with and communicated very quickly.

The house was great it was super clean and very nice.

The house that we rented its called the coconut Grove beach and it was very clean super nice it had plenty of beds and its a three levels house and you can see the sea from the third level so it's something that I wasn't expecting and we were so pleased with it. Thank you guys for giving us the opportunity to stay in it, it was great.

Late summer Family beach vacation

Dee was very responsive and pre-trip documents were very detailed so we knew what to expect. Very quick walk to beach but we spent most days in the pool, loved the shallow tanning pad for our 1 year old. Beach toys were a bonus, beds were comfortable.

Great House

Great place to stay, plenty of room for my group of 12 and the house is in a great location. Only complaint was that when we arrived the majority of the towels were still dirty and wet hanging out of the dryer. It wasn't a big deal and we had a great time.

Wonderful & Relaxing

Our family recently stayed at the Coconut Grove Beach House. It was a wonderful vacation! We have four teenage daughters that are already begging us to come back! We loved the house; it was very spacious and perfectly clean. The beach is just a short walk from the house, and grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping are a short drive. We felt like we could thoroughly relax in this very comfortable home. We can't wait to come back!

I own only one property at the beach. It is our home away from home and I hope you will make it yours too. I have owned this property for over 14 years. I love it and work hard to keep it in the best shape possible.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic and no busy streets to cross when walking to the beach. Just a block off the beach, it takes less time to reach to the sand than if you were in a condo project right on the beach. Our daughter is disabled and walks very slowly--she can walk from he front door the beach in only 3 minutes (yes we timed it!)
Parking is right in front of the home-- no long walks to the parking garages.
A private pool means family time. You can sit around the pool in the evening sipping a margarita while the kids play.

This property is close to the Marina. Fresh seafood is available at the Marina at a place called Treasure Seafood (we buy jumbo shrimp there, have them steam a pound or two and season it with Bay Seasoning, we add fresh fruits and veggies and our favorite lunch is ready!)
